- Telling my story of a journey through Anorexia to a life worth living. How it started, how it developed, and how I overcame it, to move on to a life that was nourishing, full and free!
I hope this inspires someone somewhere to dive into this challenging and ultimately life changing journey... and I hope I may offer some support in that.

Thank you for sharing lovely! Love you and miss you so much! Look at the women that you became? You are an amazing, resilient, kind and honest human being. One of the best person that I met in my journey to New Zealand. I want my kids to meet you soon. Keep going with your videos!
I just want to thank you for sharing such a vulnerable experience that took so many years away from your life. As someone who is still struggling to recover i just want to say how much i resonate with the feeling that hospital actually taught me a lot of the behaviours of Anorexia, before I went to hospital, my behaviours were not as extreme and I also did not have much knowledge about Anorexia and what it really meant. Again, thank you fo making me feel less alone in my experience ❤
Thank you for this honest and encouraging vid!!
You're so welcome :)
It's a common occurrence everywhere that the focus is on weight and not the mind. 🤦🏼♀️
