    내게 = 나에게
    내겐 = 내게는 (나에겐/나에게는)
    네게/니게 = 너에게
    제게 = 저에게

      I don't think 니게 is a thing? I've never heard 네게 pronounced as 니게. Only 네가/네 might be pronounced as 니가/니, but I don't think that's the case for 네게.

    Is there a general name for suffixes that add a role to a word in korean? Suffixes like 는,를,가/이,한테,에게
    You don't really have that concept in English. It just tends to be a different word altogether for a different context.

    • @davvixi9077
      @davvixi9077 5 років тому

      These are particles. Whether it's topic particle, subject one, place indicator etc, it's basically a particle.

    What if I wanted to say that I'm running away from someone, or running towards someone? Wouldn't that be confusing, when using 한테 ?

    • @marialuisaachille9608
      @marialuisaachille9608 5 років тому

      ....you most probably will have to use the "-부터" or "-까지" particles or adding an adjective/adverb to the sentence like " far/far away".
