Lachy Doley's organ skills are absolutely mind-blowing! The way he brings a classic like 'Light My Fire' to life is just incredible. I could listen to this on repeat all day. Rock on, Lachy! 🤘
For some reason I was fascinated by the Hammond sound as a teenager. Discovering Lachy was one of the greatest discoveries of my recent times without a doubt. I hope I can see him live someday. Greetings from Buenos Aires.
Since I was child, back in the 1960s, that B-3 and Leslie combination has always been a uniquely pleasing combination. Never had a B, but have a virtual B4II and an actual Leslie 760.
How is it possible I've lived up to now without knowing Lachy Doley? Thanks for the video. I spent over a dozen years playing festival gigs as keys/bass player in a Doors tribute. You guys improvised Light My Fire around the moon and back. It's a pleasure to find you.
@@LachyDoley I'm retired now. Sometimes I miss performing but my feet are much happier propped up on the couch. Keep on keeping on doing what you love. Blessings.
Saw The Doors live in 1967... I was standing only a few feet away from where Ray Manzarek was set up... I think Ray would have loved Lachy's version... awesome band!
Drawbar settings please??🎹👍. The classic Hammond-first manufactured 90 years ago and today copied with modern programs and electronics…still can’t touch the original!

Wow thanks so much Lex
Great rendition! Ray Manzarek has always been one of my favorites. Glad to see you playing some Doors.
Thanks, he was a legend!

Every Hammond needs a Leslie.
LD has both! 🎶🎹🎵

What a solo. First from Lachey and then from this absolute guitar wizard. What a great guitar solo. All in. Absolutly stunning!!
Glad you like what we do
Maybe world best rock organ player today and good vocal!
Maybe???😂 No doubt. He’s single handedly carrying it forward. Jon Lord is smiling down.
Some really lovely Allman Brothers vibes during the long guitar solo! Great performance by everyone!
Love the Allman brothers
Wouw Lachy ! Joel McDonald is a great guitarist !
this guitarist (Joel BcDonald) is a beast. more than holds his own up there Mr Doley, and that's something.
Yeah he’s amazing!!
I really liked this. It was so awesome. Cheers! 👍👍✌️
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
Just what I needed... Hope you come to Denmark before too long 🙂
We’re playing malmo Sweden on the 18th
Just, awesome, all of them. The underlying bass and drums allow the others to shine!
So lucky to play with such great players
