我用的是Breville - Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro Convection Toaster/Pizza Oven - Stainless SteelUse bake function, 150℃ bake for 70 minutes

Chill the cake is just for better taste, not necessarily.

沒拌勻好,所以沉底了。蛋糕底下有布丁层原因分析:1.制作好的面糊静置太久,气泡上浮导致面糊分层;2.烤箱没有充分预热,相当于面糊静置太久的后果;3.活底模具没包紧,烘烤时水跑进模具了解决方法:1.操作一气呵成,不要停顿太久;2.先将水加入烤盘,然后放入烤箱充分预热;3.如果没有固底模具,最好采用模具放在烤架上蒸烤的做法
