Recording is only possible when the earphones are not plugged in. First check if the recorder is charging properly. If the problem persists, there are two possible reasons: 1) There is a problem with the internal battery 2) But the most common problem is the internal memory. Try viewing the internal memory on a PC. If you can't find any data on the internal memory or even can't access the internal memory then that's the problem.

come si fa ad avere il softwere che tu hai dentro il tuo registratore? il mio non registra . la cartella dentro è vuota. Puo essere?
The software is built into the board and is probably on an Eprom. If you have access to the X2 directory, then try formatting the memory to FAT32.
