Saw it a few days ago at the dealer... was hell bent on a hilux but as i walked in that beautiful L200 called my name...it ticked almost all the boxes... Im going for the new shape though... that will be abouf July i was told.. Can hardly wait...
My advice is to wait for the new one. Makes no sense buying the current model when the new model is on its way and will undoubtedly be better in every way.
Now that's a salesman that knows his stuff. That's a nice vehicle but I'm not sold on Mitsubishi. I would buy a Toyota Tacoma or tundra any day over that brand but that's just my two cents.
The Ranger Raptor is powerful. This isn't. 181hp is not powerful. What everyone feels is the 420NM of torque, which is a pretty good amount. That's just 10NM less than the OG Audi R8 with the 4.2 V8. Which explains why it had no issues pulling a truck out the drive way.
The only disappointment for a 2024 vehicle is no Andriod auto. Truck has 98% the same interior as the generation before it (steering wheel is the only real noticeable difference). But Mitsubishi couldn't throw in a Radio from this century? Man said CD player like dem tings still exist. I would of glossed over that to avoid bringing attention to it.

Waste a money. GR Hilux a waste too. If you have it to waste then by all means go for it. But you really not looking too far down on a L200 from dem deh.

how does it compare to the 7 seater Mitsubishi Pajero? If memory serves me right I think you guys were driving a Pajero in Ghana? So wondering how it would feature up and compare to the Pajero?

The best pickup on the market is the ford ranger. If U looking for comfort and sophistication. Amarok. If U looking for brand and resale, Hilux. If U looking for speed and ride quality frontier or Amarok. But best all rounder and value for money. L200. And the point bout resale. Ntn nuh go suh. Bout a brand new l200 in 2007 for 2.2. Sold in 2019 for 1.2. That's a million less over 12 years.
