For the sorbet sticking to the scoop, try running the scoop under hot water first. It should slide more easily

i dont seem to have agave syrup so could we use sugar / brown sugar (even though that might affect the look a bit) as a replacement?
I would suggest a liquid syrup, like honey, maple syrup, or even condensed milk!

You could get one of those ice cream scoops with the mechanism that scrapes the bottom and loosens your scoop to make getting the scoop out easier. Or you could try running your ice cream scoop under warm water first? That usually works well for ice cream, though I'm not sure for this kind of grainier sorbet. Looks good anyway though 🤤 Just the other day I was craving melon. I was gonna buy a Santa Claus Melon (my absolute favourite melon!) but I guess I'll have to change it to a honeydew to make this! Btw, what does agave syrup taste like? I've never tried it, but the recipe wouldn't be able to use dry sugar would it? Would honey/maple syrup/golden syrup work okay for a substitute?
Yeah I’ll try that!! Santa Claus melon sounds cute haha and yes other sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or even condensed milk work! I think agave syrup just tastes sweet to me and it’s plant based!

Yup! The agave syrup is an alternative to sugar or a sweetener. Honey works just fine :)

Yes watermelon works! And you can use your prefer sweetener, such as maple syrup, honey, or even condensed milk!

How do you keep your nails so long and beautiful?
I don’t really do anything special but I used to cut them regularly because I played piano and I also don’t paint them regularly! I also put hand cream on (if that does anything) and file the corners so they don’t get caught on stuff
