I did my garage roof with spray on foam and it transformed the place. Before spraying in the winter it ran with condensation and was bitterly cold. In the summer it was like working in an oven even with all doors open. Only mistake I made was not dropping the electric cables lower on the beams, now they are covered in foam.
To make it easier to refit the clutch in the 1200, or any heavy unit like that fit 2 long bolts both sides of the housing, cut off the heads, taper the ends and then you can slide the heavy unit on a lot easier. Learnt that trick refitting hydraulic units on Nuffield tractors

Ha ha I think you are very right about Father Phil He is a master !!! In another life I use to work on old tractors. But I did not have any thing near the knowledge of Father Phil. He is just poetry in motion. My little van is in the garage as it went into safety mode last week when I was driving it. I brought it to the garage and the guy arrived with a laptop. !!! It’s still not fixed and yesterday I was cursing under my breath. And saying Father Phil would have it done and out the door. And not a laptop in sight. Real knowledgeable people are getting thin on the ground. The repair shop is looking very good now. Philip, clean as you go ?!?

The 1200 will be a great job. Be careful with the shot blasting, don’t blast anywhere you can’t get to with primer and even let the primer into any joints with a brush, and seam seal joints after primer. Sand blasting is a good job if your careful but it will get into places primer and paint won’t and rust will run out of them joint after a while so pay good attention to priming it especially and use epoxy primer straight after blasting and you can 2 k prime on top of that

Had this in one of our sheds and the timbers rotted in places with the foam holding moisture against the wood. Was a bit of a nightmare to be honest ended up taking whole lot off. Was probably about 25-30 years until problems surfaced granted but our damp wet climate this is going to be an issue in the long run and makes the re-roofing job much more challenging when all that is glueing everything together.

That Sir would be stupid. The Galvanised sheets are sprayed green on the outside and the skylight is clear. Once you have a bit of cop on (which is in short supply these days) you'd know not to walk on it. If you didn't then you have no business up on that roof.

I'm not usually one negative comments but this foam is a real bad job from my experience on sheds
If you have a leak you won't know and the water runs between foam and tin
And rots from inside out Ns sit like a sponge on the timbers
