Quran 2, 225: Allah! There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He ˹fully˺ knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge-except what He wills ˹to reveal˺. His Seat1 encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.

Remember with God Almighty everything is in his knowledge. We as people have different qualities and a different in status with Allah status is held only by Piety .so as there is 7 heavens people of different status ( by means of how.they worked in this life )will determine ur level in Jannah ..so the ultimate goal is for us to work for 7th heaven because it is only those that are in last level of heaven that will have the pleasure of seeing the Face of the Almighty

The heaven mentioned here in the video is not the heaven of the paradise that we will go later (insha Allah). This the word used to describe the realm (or you can say it as the universe). In English, you also call the sky as the heaven. So the preacher repeats it several times, anything above us in the universe (beside the earth), you can consider it as the heaven where the earth is inside it.
And so, based on what The Prophet told to us, there are also 7 realms including the universe we are in. So there are stil 6 more bigger realm, far bigger than our universe. The comparison of the size is mentioned by the preacher on that video.
Again, this is not the heaven we are going to enter later in the after life. The word of heaven here only refer to the current realm. Everything will be destroyed later in the doomsdays, including all of these 7 realms.
In the video, the preacher only explain the comparison in a brief. But here is a bit more detail of the comparison.
The size of the 1st heaven compare to the 2nd heaven is like the ring compared to the sahara desert.
The size of the 1st heaven + 2nd heaven (combined) compare to the 3rd heaven is like the ring compare to the sahara desert.
The size of the 1st + 2nd + 3rd heaven (combined) compare to the 4th heaven is like the ring compare to the sahara desert.
The size of the 1st + 2nd + 3rd + 4th heaven (combined) compare to the 5th heaven is like the ring compare to the sahara desert.
The size of the 1st + 2nd + 3rd + 4th + 5th heaven (combined) compare to the 6th heaven is like the ring compare to the sahara desert.

In an Hadith the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) mentioned to us that there's no space within the seven heavens except that there are Angels occupying each space some in prostration, some bowing some in Takbeer .. All praising Allah and worshipping him and they are so much in numbers that you can hear the heavens crying out.

To add also In another Hadith of the prophet Muhammad ( pbuh), he mentioned that the angels also do pilgrimage just like we do when we journey to The holy land, they have there own Kabbah known as Bayt al-Ma’mur. 70,000 angels perform tawaf in Bayt al-Ma’mur every single day. It is welcomed by a fresh batch of 70,000 angels every day, which in itself provides a perspective into how large the angel’s population is in comparison to the human population. Such is the greatness of the Almighty (swt). And Allah (swt) knows best.
Prophet Muhammad (saw) said, “Then I was shown Bayt al-Ma’mur. I asked Jibreel about it and he said, This is Bayt al-Ma’mur where 70,000 angels perform prayers daily and when they leave they never return to it (but always a fresh batch comes into it daily).”

In Deuteronomy in verse 13: 6-11 in which faithful believers are asked to put to death by stoning anyone who changes their religion.
In fact, in the Bible that Christians currently have and who believe in it, we have:
Deuteronomy 13:6 If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
Deuteronomy 13:7 Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;

The bible says that after the creation of heaven God rested, and the Quran says after the Creation of heavens he feel no fatigue, we believe in one God but our concepts is different
Heaven and paradise are different things....
Paradise is the reward for Believer of Allah in after life where there'll no worry, they will have it whatever they wish for and most importantly they will see able and have permission to see Allah .... And heaven is just a place where planets and galaxies and universe and universes are present....We are living in 1st Heaven , milky-way is just one of the galaxies of 1st heavens.
ALLAH is the creator of 7 heavens... We have no knowledge how they look like, I mean how much we know about our planets

In the Quran the word heaven is Sama which mean "above" we don't know what is it because English has not got word for this
I saw comments that answered the difference between paradise and heaven, so here is something else :
Scholars and historians agree that Jesus spoke a Galilean dialect of Aramaic.
The Hebrew word for deity, El (אל) or Elōah (אלוה, rarely אלה), was used as an Old Testament synonym for Yahweh (יהוה), which is the proper name for God according to the Tanakh.
The Aramaic word for God is אלהא Elāhā ( Biblical Aramaic) and ܐܠܗܐ Alāhā ( Syriac), which comes from the same Proto- Semitic word (* ʾil-) as the Arabic and Hebrew terms;
Till today, Allah is used by Arabic and Syriac Christians.
Concerning the cry on the cross (quote from Psalm 22:1), the Peshitta (the earliest Christian Aramaic translation) translates it using the word Alāhā, with the first person possessive suffix -i: alahi (ܐܲܠܵܗܝ ܐܲܠܵܗܝ ܠܡܵܢܵܐ ܫܒܲܩ̣ܬܵܢܝ̱ ).

Earth within the galaxy is a small part of the 1st heaven. All that u can see in the outer space is our 1st heaven. Beyond the first heaven ( where we are in now) there is the second heaven, beyond the second heaven there is the 3rd heaven; and beyond the 3rd heaven there is the 4th heaven , and beyond it is the 5th ; the 6 th and you reach 7 th heaven where the throne is.
Allah said in Qur'an chapter 47:12 that we have decorated lowest heaven with the adornment of stars....,so wherever you find stars .,,it will be considered as lowest heaven and other 6 heavens above it

In the video, they are talking about the 7 Heavens but I believe you are confusing it with the paradise, which is a reward. No eyes has ever seen it and no one can ever imagine it.
What's the difference between heaven and paradise?
Heaven is the sky above us (and they are 7) which will be destroyed on the day of judgement, and paradise is final place abode for the believers.

Try Surah Maidha guys. That’s the conversation between Jeasus and Allah. Regarding 7 heavens, depending on the pious behavior of the people, they will be given the rewards. The highest heaven is for the most righteous and so on. This will be decided on the day of judgement. If the seven heavens are physical or multi dimensional is not clear. But we are informed that everyone will be judged fairly based on their behavior and they will have their rewards in the afterlife.

The word 7 heavens mean 7 layer of skies
Heaven in Arabic can mean two things, the obvious one, heaven as opposed to hell, and heaven which can mean the sky above us, the galaxy above the sky, the universe as a whole, or basically everything that is above us.
7 heavens is literally mentioned in the Qur'an, so we assume it refers to the 7 different levels of heaven that Allah SWT has created

A heaven in this instance is not when we reference heaven and hell. Heaven in this regard is dimension of space. The know universe to us is what is the first heaven and Allah is the Creator of 7 heavens where He sits above the 7th heaven the way that befits His majesty.

In the time of the Prophet PBUH the word universe was not used so they looked up and called it heavens. think of it there are 7 universes. heaven does not mean paradise. Jannah = Paradise hope this helps you understand and Allah swt knows best.

Brother , the seven heavens here means seven skies ... but not the paradise you think of . brother the sky you see above there , Allah created seven like the one you see up there with moon , sun , stars , etc .
