You guys still didn’t answer. Jesus peace be upon him said he had many things to say but you can’t hear them now. So what did the Holy Ghost inform you of about God that Jesus didn’t in the last 2000 years? Muhammed peace be upon him came and brought forth many new things. He fits in the decriotion perfectly. The Holy Ghost is God so why would he not speak for himself but whatever he hears he speaks. God doesn’t need to hear anything from anyone to speak? Do you understand? It doesn’t make sense for the Holy Spirit to be the comforter.

The word Trinity cannot be found in the Bible, but the truth of it can. While there's only one God, He consists of three distinct persons - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All are equally omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent, eternal, and unchanging, but each has unique functions. So, your confusion about the Holy Spirit is due to your lack of understanding the triune God (tri-unity of God)
Scripture shows how each member of the Trinity fulfills His specific role and how those three roles interrelate. This is how these roles work, the Father creates a plan, Jesus Christ implements the plan, and the Holy Spirit administers the plan, so there is a clear hierarchy in the Trinity with the Father at the top, followed by the Son and then the Holy Spirit.
Jesus spent 3 years teaching before his death, from a theological knowledge perspective this is a very short time since today many pastors study Christian theology for many more years. So when you ask, what did the Holy Spirit do that Jesus did not, clearly the Apostles and followers where not fully equipped to face the world theologically after their 3 years with Jesus and where not confident theologically.
The proof for this is clearly evident in the way the Apostles & followers of Jesus reacted after his crucifixion, i.e. they hid themselves. While they believed Jesus was who he claimed to be when he walked the earth with them, but as soon as he die many of their understandings and belief's were shaken.
Jesus knew this and even mentioned it to them i.e. "When the Shepard is struck the sheep will scatter", which they denied while he was still with them. That is why he promised them in (John 14:18); "I will not leave you orphans,..." i.e. he would send another.
Jesus also makes it clear that before leaving that he still has many things to tell them but that the Spirit of Truth (Holy Spirit) will provide these truths, (John 16:13); "...,IT shall not speak from ITSELF, but whatever IT shall hear, IT shall speak. And IT shall disclose to you the things to come".
"IT, ITSELF"...is certainly not referring to a man.
Here is the biggest proof the "it" is not Muhammad, (John 16:14); "That one shall glorify Me because it shall disclose to you the things that it receives from Me".
Firstly, we know Muhammad never glorified Jesus but rather demoted him to just a "prophet". Secondly, Muhammad never disclosed "anything" received from Jesus not even Jesus commands, since throughout the Quran Jesus was just a "prophet".
So why is the Comforter the Holy Spirit?
Fifty days after Jesus resurrection his followers were still hiding and afraid for their lives. They remained that way until that day on Pentecost when the Holy Spirit descended on the 120 followers of Jesus and they instantly started speaking in languages from around the world. This created such a commotion that thousands of people who were in Jerusalem at the time came out to see what was happening, and in front of the gathering crowd, Peter spoke the first gospel message and "three thousand were added to their number that day" (Acts 2:41). The number of gospel followers grew continually from that Pentecost Sunday, changing the world and history forever.
So, it is clear the Holy Spirit fulfilled in Jesus followers what he had promised the Comforter would do (not some man 600 years later). The Holy Spirit is even today still the revealer of God's word, Christians call it being filled with the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Truth, it is he who "administers" God's word to mankind.
So, why does the Holy Spirit not speak for himself (if he is God)?
Because the Holy Spirit "administers" (God the Father's) the planners words, this is the Holy Spirit's role in the Trinity, just as Jesus role was to "implement" the Father's plan by dying on the cross for the sins of all mankind - i.e. Jesus as the "implementer" says to the Father in (Luke 22:42]); "...not My will, but Your will be done."
Both (Jesus - the implementer) and (Holy Spirit - the administer) follows (God the Father - the planners) directives.

Your premise is incorrect. In John 14-16 Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples. The Paracletos (translated as Comforter, Helper or Advocate) is a role of the Holy Spirit for the disciples. So not for the mankind. And clearly Jesus Christ Himself said that the Paracletos is the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said to His disciples:
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you." John 14:26
So the Paracletos is not Muhammad.

      @reneandjohn Рік тому

@@smartassname9981 Holy Spirit already there? So what? In John 14-16 Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples who had NOT received the Holy Spirit YET.
And also after Jesus Christ's ascension the Holy Spirit was NOT on earth anymore, because Jesus Christ has gone away so the Holy Spirit also with Him.
So your saying 'the Holy Spirit was already there' will not help you.
But Jesus Christ said to His disciples: “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you." John 14:26. It is clear that Paracletos is the Holy Spirit. Muhammad was not the Holy Spirit, so the Paracletos is NOT Muhammad.

But Jesus was not speaking English or Greek, he spoke Aramaic or Hebrew, and the verse was in Hebrew and the name Muhammad was mentioned, but the name was translated, and he's asking why should you translate a person's name. That's it's good to preserve the holy books in their original language so as not to lose the actual meaning while translating.

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn Рік тому +3

First of all Jesus Christ spoke beside Aramaic and Hebrew also Greek. Because He spoke with the Romans so He spoke in Greek, the international language in that time. Like English is nowadays. But in this case it is totally irrelevant because the book of Songs of Solomon is written in Hebrew long before Jesus Christ's mission in this world. And Songs of Solomon 5:16 has NOTHING to with the name 'Muhammad'.
The first mistake in here is that many islamic apologists say מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים is ‘muhamaddim’. But that is wrong, it is ‘ma-kha-madim’. So there is no pronunciation of Muhammad.
The other mistake made by islamic apologists is that they say that ‘מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים' is a name. Again wrong because מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים is a masculine plural noun, so it is not a name (like יְהוִֹה, Yhvh). And because it is not a name it is impossible that it refers to the name of Muhammad.

@@kasomaibrahim1567 The original Scriptures say clearly מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים. So you put the Hebrew word in ‘מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים' in Google Translate? Lol ha ha. First of all Google Translate is not a dictionary or lexicon. but it is an online tool in which the result is made up by the result of wishful thinking layman.
Now what is the result if we put the whole Hebrew verse into Google translate?
So Songs of Solomon in Hebrew:
טז חכו ממתקים וכלו מחמדים זה דודי וזה רעי בנות ירושלם
into Google translate to English gives next result:
"Wait for sweets and all pets, this is my uncle and this is evil, daughters of Jerusalem"
Where is Muhammad mentioned in this layman tool? Nowhere!
Or is Muhammad an evil pet? Lol.
No Hebrew scholar will ever apply Google Translate for their studies. Hebrew scholars apply high valuated Hebrew dictionaries and lexicons for analysing the Tanakh. Like the Brown Driver Briggs Hebrew and English / BDB, HALOT, DCH and Jastrow, etc.
And they are very clear about the Hebrew מַחְמַד:
      Noun masculine
      Meaning: desire, desirable thing
      Pronounce: makh-mawd
So NO 'Muhammad'. And it is clearly a masculine NOUN. So it is NOT a name. So it is IMPOSSIBLE that it refers to Muhammad.

Biblical Prophecies on the Advent of
Muhammad , the Prophet of Islam
The Biblical prophecies on the advent of the Prophet Muhammad are evidence of the truth of Islam for people who believe in the Bible.
In Deuteronomy 18,Moses stated that God told him: “I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.” (Deuteronomy 18:18-19).1
From these verses we conclude that the prophet in this prophecy must have the following three characteristics:
    1) That he will be like Moses.
    2) That he will come from the brothers of the Israelites, i.e. the Ishmaelites.
    3) That God will put His words in to the mouth of this prophet and that he will declare what God commands him.
Let us examine these three characteristics in more depth:
    1) A prophet like Moses:
There were hardly any two prophets who were so much alike as Moses and Muhammad . Both were given a comprehensive law and code of life. Both encountered their enemies and were victorious in miraculous ways. Both were accepted as prophets and statesmen. Both migrated following conspiracies to assassinate them. Analogies between Moses and Jesus overlook not only the above similarities but other crucial ones as well. These include the natural birth, the family life, and death of Moses and Muhammad but not of Jesus. Moreover Jesus was regarded by his followers as the Son of God and not exclusively as a prophet of God, as Moses and Muhammad were and as Muslims believe Jesus was. So, this prophecy refers to the Prophet Muhammad and not to Jesus, because Muhammad is more like Moses than Jesus.
Also, one notices from the Gospel of John that the Jews were waiting for the fulfillment of three distinct prophecies. The first was the coming of Christ. The second was the coming of Elijah. The third was the coming of ‘The Prophet’. This is obvious from the three questions that were posed to John the Baptist: “Now this was John’s testimony, when the Jews of Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was. He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, “I am not the Christ.” They asked him, “Then who are you? Are you Elijah?” He said, “I am not.” “Are you ‘The Prophet?” He answered, “No.” (John 1:19-21). If we look in a Bible with cross-references, we will find in the marginal notes where the words “The Prophet” occur in John 1:21, that these words refer to the prophecy of Deuteronomy 18:15 and 18:18.2 We conclude from this that Jesus Christ is not ‘The Prophet’ mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:18.
    2) From the brothers of the Israelites:
Abraham had two sons, Ishmael and Isaac (Genesis 21). Ishmael became the grandfather of the Arab nation, and Isaac became the grandfather of the Jewish nation. The prophet spoken of was not to come from among the Jews themselves, but from among their brothers, i.e. the Ishmaelites. Muhammad , a descendant of Ishmael, is indeed this prophet.
Also, Isaiah 42:1-13 speaks of the servant of God, His “chosen one” and “messenger” who will bring down a law. “He will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his law the islands will put their hope.” (Isaiah 42:4). Verse 11, connects that awaited one with the descendants of Kedar. Who is Kedar? According to Genesis 25:13, Kedar was the second son of Ishmael, the ancestor of the Prophet Muhammad .
    3) God will put His words in the mouth of this prophet:
The words of God (the Holy Quran) were truly put into Muhammad’s mouth. God sent the Angel Gabriel to teach Muhammad the exact words of God (the Holy Quran) and asked him to dictate them to the people as he heard them. The words are therefore not his own. They did not come from his own thoughts, but were put into his mouth by the Angel Gabriel. During the life time of Muhammad , and under his supervision, these words were then memorized and written by his companions.
Also, this prophecy in Deuteronomy mentioned that this prophet will speak the words of God in the name of God. If we looked to the Holy Quran, we will find that all its chapters, except Chapter 9, are preceded or begin with the phrase, “In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.”
Another indication (other than the prophecy in Deuteronomy) is that Isaiah ties the messenger connected with Kedar with a new song (a scripture in a new language) to be sung to the Lord (Isaiah 42:10-11). This is mentioned more clearly in the prophecy of Isaiah: “and another tongue, will he speak to this people” (Isaiah 28:11 KJV). Another related point, is that the Quran was revealed in sections over a span of twenty-three years. It is interesting to compare this with Isaiah 28 which speaks of the same thing, “For it is: Do and do, do and do, rule on rule, rule on rule; a little here, a little there.” (Isaiah 28:10).
Note that God has said in the prophecy of Deuteronomy 18, “If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.” (Deuteronomy, 18:19). This means that whoever believes in the Bible must believe in what this prophet says, and this prophet is the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Genesis 49:10 :- The scripture (the staff in the hand of a priest as a symbol of Imperial Authority) will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs and the obedience of the nations is his."
    Explanation:-
    (a) A chain of Israelite prophet hood would cease when "he" (Muhammad P.B.U.H.) comes and other nations will follow him. It is he who will hold the scripture in his hand from the pulpit.
    (b) This word “he” was written as “SILOH in earlier Bibles. It is changed to "he". SILOH means peace, meaning Islam.
    (c) All Prophets were sent for a particular nation and for a particular area but Muhammad was sent for the entire mankind of the world.
    Matthew 15:24 states:
“Then Jesus said to the woman, "I was sent only to help God's lost sheep--the people of Israel."
    Quran states: 21:107
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.”
    .
Isaiah 40:11:- He tends his flock like a shepherd.
    Explanation:-
Muhammad, as a boy used to go on daily wages as a shepherd to graze other's goats and sheep in the outskirts of Mecca.
Deuteronomy 31:27: - Moses speaks to Jews- "For I (Moses) know how rebellious and stiff necked you are, If you have been rebellious against the Lord while I (Moses) am still alive and with you, how much more will you rebel after I die.
    Explanation:-
i.e. the descendants of Moses followers will not obey that Prophet (Muhammad) which is to come from among their brothers because Moses' followers are rebellious, stiff necked and corrupt people.
That is why Jews are more against Muhammad (PBUH) Then any other nation
Deuteronomy 33:2:- Moses said- "The Lord came from Sinai and dawned over them from Seir; he shown forth from Mount Paran. He came with myriads of holy ones from the South, from the mountain slopes".
    Explanation:-
    (a) The reference is to the conquest of Mecca when Prophet Muhammad came with 10,000 of his devout and holy followers.
    (b) Paran is the Biblical name of Mecca.
    (c) Myriad of holy ones means a very vast number of his followers.
Song of Songs 5:10-11:- Prophet Solomon says: - "My lover is radiant and ruddy, outstanding among ten thousand. His head is purest gold; his hair is wavy and black as a raven."
    Explanation:-
    (a) Muhammad's complexion was radiant and ruddy due to outdoor exposure and heat. His hair was black and wavy.
    (b) Figure 10,000 again refers to the conquest of Mecca by Muhammad by about 10,000 of his devout and holy follows. He was outstanding amongst them.
Isaiah 29:12:- "Or if you give the scroll to someone who can not read, and says, "Read this, please." He will answer, "I don’t know how to read."
Explanation:- This is exactly what took place in the cave of Hira when Angel Gabriel first came to Muhammad and asked him to recite the very first five verses of Holy Quran Surah Alaq 96:1-5. and Muhammad P.B.U.H. replied, "I don't know how to read."
Isaiah 42:4:- "He will not falter or will be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth."
    Explanation:-
Muhammad did not falter in his mission. He pursued his mission against all odds and persecutions.
Once when Muhammad was asked by his uncle Abu Talib to stop preaching Islam he replied:”O my uncle! By God if they put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left on condition that I abandon this course, until God has made me victorious, or I perish therein, I would not abandon it."
Isaiah 60:3-4: - "Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. Lift up your eyes and look about you. All assemble and come to you, your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the arm."
    Explanation:-
    (a) Nations and Kingdoms will receive the message of Quran. Then lift your eyes and see that for example many kings during the time of Prophet received the message of Islam
    (b) Muslims from world over-kings, high and low all gather at Masjid al Haram at Mecca all around the year to pay homage.
Deuteronomy 18:15:- Moses said "The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me (Moses) from among your own brothers, you must listen to him."
Deuteronomy 18: 18-19:- The Lord said to Moses:-l (God) will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put MY (God's) words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I (God) command him "If any one does not listen to MY words that the prophet speaks in MY name, I myself will call him to account."
    Note:”From Among Their Brothers” Explanation:-
    (a) Meaning of brothers-Abraham had two sons, Ishmael and his 14 year junior Isaac. Their descendents were therefore cousin brethren to each other. This prophecy addresses Moses that a prophet will also come from the progeny of Ishmael. Hence the use of word brothers.
    (b) Christians try to suggest that this prophecy is for the coming of Jesus. This is wrong. It is neither for Jesus nor for any of over two dozen prophets who came between Moses and Jesus because they all were from the progeny of Isaac. Ishmael was brother to Isaac and Muhammad came from the progeny of Ishmael. Therefore this verse is pointing towards Muhammad.
    (c) You must listen to him i.e. follow him.
    (d) I (God) will put my words in his mouth and he will tell them everything I (God) command. Quran was revealed by ALLAH to Muhammad over a period of 23 years. The very first line of all revealed Surah's begin with- "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, and Most Merciful."
Unlike Bible verses, which are "According to Matthew, or Mark, or Luke or John", etc. In Quran Allah is speaking in first person to his creation-mankind. It is in the name of Allah and no one else.
    (e) I (God) MYSELF will call him to account-Each individual will be accountable to ALLAH for his belief and his deeds on the Day of Judgment.
    (f) Christians try to project the names of other prophets i.e. John the Baptist or Jesus but the argument fails because they all i.e. Moses, John the Baptist and Jesus were from the line of Isaac. Only Muhammad was from the progeny of Ishmael who was the brother to Isaac.
    (g) A Prophet like you -i.e. like Moses, and Moses was like Muhammad. Because:-
    (I) Both were born in a normal manner.
(ii) Both were married and they raised a family.
    (iii) Both became prophets.
(iv) Both received Divine Revelations-Torah & Quran respectively,
    (v) Both were leaders and rulers of their followers,
(vi) Both died a natural death.
    (h) On the contrary:-
    (I) Jesus was not born normally
(ii) Nor his end was in a normal way.
Therefore Moses is not like Jesus, but Moses is very much like Muhammad. Therefore Deuteronomy 18:15 and18:18-19 refer much to Muhammad.

Isaiah 9:6-7:- Prophet Isaiah says: "For us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders and he would be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace, there will be no end
      Explanation:-
      (a) Muhammad P.B.U.H. had the burden of running the government at Medina.
      (b) Muhammad P.B.U.H. is called a wonderful counselor and a Prince of Peace. Word Islam means 'peace' as well as "surrender".
      (c) Other words are superfluous In Bible 80% of words and passages are continuously added by human authors to mislead a reader towards a different angel. A mere verbosity is there the Bible.
Isaiah 2l: 7:- "When he sees chariots with teams of horses, riders on donkeys, or riders on camels. Let him be alert, fully alert."
      Explanation:-
      (a) The rider upon the donkey is Jesus when he entered Jerusalem.
      (b) The rider upon the camel is Muhammad with his companions on horses and camels on his triumphant entry into Mecca.
Isaiah 42:1:- "Here is MY servant, whom I uphold, MY chosen one in whom I delight. I will put My spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations."
      Explanation:-
      (a) The message of Quran and Islam is exactly the same i.e. to bring justice to
      all.
      (b) ALLAH is well pleased with Muhammad and he speaks only that what is revealed to him.
Isaiah 42:11:- "Let the deserts and its towns raise their voices. Let the settlements where Kedar lives rejoice. Let the people of Sela (Siloh=lslam) sing for joy. Let them shout (call to prayer=Azan) from the mountaintops. Let them give glory to the Lord and proclaim his praise (Salah=Namaz) in the islands."
      Explanation:-
Kedar was the second son of Ishmael who had settled in the valley of Mecca. From Kedar his descendants began to be called Quraish and Prophet Muhammad came from Quraish tribe. He brought justice amongst all. This time ALLAH conferred prophet hood on Muhammad who was an Arab. Let the followers of Islam be happy at the arrival of Muhammad. "Let them give a call (Azan) for prayer from the mountain tops and proclaim the Majesty and Glory of Allah.
Matthew 21:42-44: - Jesus said to them, - "Have you never read in the Scriptures: The stone which the builders rejected has become the capstone (corner stone). The Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes. Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed."
      Explanation:-
      (a) Arabs were rejected with prophet hood for a long time in history. This time they because all too important and Muhammad was appointed by Almighty Allah as a prophet. This was also according to Biblical prophecies and revelations.
The Royal authority and scepter (the Royal staff) was taken away from the Israelites and was handed over to the Arab preacher. Muhammad did not speak in his own name. He spoke. "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most merciful." He formed a universal religion meant for the entire humanity. He removed all sorts of idol worship and false godhood from Khana-e-Kaaba. He rejected trinity. Instead he brought pure monotheism (as done by Jesus) which is Islam i.e. submission to Allah materially and spiritually both.
      (b) Islam is metaphorically spoken as a “capstone"
Isaiah 40:3:4:- "A voice of one calling in the desert prepare the way for the Lord; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the Lord will be revealed and all mankind together will see it. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken."
      Explanation:-
Prophet Isaiah is prophesizing about Muhammad who would rise and call in the desert and valleys of Arabia. His message will be all powerful and all pervading
to all mankind of the world, All proud and rough people would become noble and God fearing and all mankind will see it together during Hajj. Prince and pauper will pray together shoulder to shoulder.
Mark 1:2-3:- According to Gospel of Mark it says: "It is written in Isaiah (the prophet): I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way." "A voice of one calling in the desert. Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him."
      Explanation:-
      (a) Here the Command of God is to all Prophets who were asked to prepare the way for the coming of the Last Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H.
      (b) We know Jerusalem is not a desert. John the Baptist and Jesus both were born in the same year. They were contemporaries. The stay of first was 31 years and of the other was 33 years.
      (c) A voice is calling in the desert of Arabia applies to Muhammad and not to any other Prophet. And Muhammad prayed all his life- "Show me the straight way." Surah Fatiha 1:6.
Mark 1:7-8:- Mark writes about a confession that was made by John the Baptist- And this was his message- "After me will come one more powerful than 1, the thongs (strips) of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie. I baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with holy spirit."
      Explanation:
      (a) Here John the Baptist is talking about the coming of a prophet somewhere in future. Some interpret it to mean that it refers to Jesus. No, this is wrong, because Jesus was already there. John the Baptist and Jesus were contemporaries. In fact John the Baptist is talking about the coming of the Last Prophet Muhammad.
      (b) John the Baptist used to baptize with water but Muhammad will baptize you with the color of ALLAH.
Surah Al-Baqarah 2:138 "And who can give a better hue (color) than Allah."
Deuteronomy 32:21:- "They made ME (God) jealous by what is 'no god' (false gods) and angered ME (God) with their worthless idols. I will make them envious by those who are not a people. I will make them angry (by a notion) that has no understanding."
      Explanation:-
      (a) "Angered ME with their worthless idols." 360 idols in Khana-e-Kaaba before the advent of Islam angered God.
      (b) "Who are a not a people." "That has no understanding." The reference is to the people of Arabia who were backwards before the advent of Islam.
      (c) Will make them envious and angry by those who are not a people because they will be overtaken by Islam, which will spread from Arabia.
Song of Songs 5:16:- Prophet Solomon says- "His (Muhammad's) mouth is sweetness itself. He is altogether lovely."
      Explanation:-
In Hebrew language word "Altogether lovely" is termed as Muhammad in which is the plural of Muhammad. Muhammad is known in heaven as Ahmed. His mouth is sweetness itself. Muhammad was sweet mouthed.
Isaiah 21:13-17:- “A prophecy against Arabia: You caravans of Dedanites, who camp in the thickets of Arabia, bring water for the thirsty; you, who live in Tema, bring food for the fugitives. They flee from the sword, from the drawn sword, from the bent bow and from the heat of battle.
This is what the Lord says to me: “Within one year, as a servant bound by contract would count it, all the splendor of Kedar will come to an end. The survivors of the archers, the warriors of Kedar, will be few. ” The LORD, the God of Israel, has spoken.”
      Explanation:-
      (a) Muslim believers had to flee from Mecca to Medina due to continuous persecution under the swords and bows of Quraish.
      (b) Quraish tribe was the descendant of Kedar. Kedar was the second son of prophet Ismail who had settled in the hills of Paran, Paran was the biblical name of Mecca.
      (c) Pomp of Kedar will come to an end. Holy Prophet conquered Mecca (Kedar) with 10,000 of his devoted followers. Quraish in the valley of Mecca were subdued.

The first mistake by Deedat is that he pronounced מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים as ‘muhamaddim’. But he is wrong, it is ‘ma-kha-madim’. So there is no pronunciation of Muhammad.
The other mistake made by Deedat is that he said that ‘מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים' is a name. Again he is very wrong because מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים is a masculine plural noun, so it is not a name (like יְהוִֹה, Yhvh). And because it is not a name it is impossible that it refers to Muhammad.

Muhammad is *NOT* the Holy Sprite
It's funny how you muslims go out of your way to prove that our Bible is corrupt and it's not from God, but yet the muslims go to the very same Bible to try to prove that muhammad is a true prophet 😅😂
Let's read the verse referring to the Holy Sprite the comforter, Counselor helper....
John 15:26. “But when the Helper comes, *whom I shall send* to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me".
      According to this verse
Whom I will send ---- Did Jesus sends Muhammad ??
Who proceeds from the Father--- no sinner proceeds from God the Father
John 16:14 *He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you.*
Glorify means honour, praise and worship. Did muhammad glorify Jesus?? The verse also says, *it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you.*
Are you saying muhammad received his revealation from Jesus !!??..
John 14:16-17 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever- the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
      According to this verse
Did Jesus asked the Father to send Muhammad ??
Dose he live with us?? and is he in us ?? or is he dead in the grave
Obviously he’s talking about the Holy Spirit, not some false prophet who showed up 600 years later, long after the apostles were dead.
Acts 1:4,5 "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit."
Acts 2:1-4 “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. *They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit* and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.”

Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise
that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the
Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet
    Muhammad (pbuh).

    • @markscheepers9908
      @markscheepers9908 Рік тому +1

The Holy Spirit was always been present in the world but never "in" Jesus followers. Clearly John's concept for the coming of the Holy Spirit is not your understanding which is, "already present with them", since Scripture clearly states the Holy Spirit only came "on" them 50 days after Jesus resurrection, (the day Christians later called Pentecost), this is when the Holy Spirit descended onto all Jesus followers that were present with the Apostles. If he were "in" them (which Scripture never claims), then what were they experiencing on the day of Pentecost according to Scripture when it claims it happened?
E.g. the Holy Spirit “filled the whole house where they were sitting” (Acts 2:2). “All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them” (Acts 2:4).
From the perspective of Jesus "mission", he had already risen (i.e. he completed his mission), there was no reason for him to remain on earth, so his departure was imminent, in many subsequent verses Jesus reassured his followers that he would not leave them orphans (i.e. without a Sheppard).
Clearly this would only make sense to them if this "Comforter" came in their lifetimes, that is why Jesus says "I will not leave you orphans". This statement by itself would make no sense if the "Comforter" came 600 years after Jesus followers where dead. Besides it is also clear that the "Comforter" is not a man since Jesus tells them the "Comforter" would be with them forever...can "forever" be used for mortal man?.

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn Рік тому +1

Holy Spirit already there?

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn Рік тому

If you read John 14-16 then it will become clear that the Paracletos does NOT fit Muhammad at all. First of all in John 14-16 Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples. And Muhammad was NOT with the disciples. Muhammad was NOT in the disciples after Jesus Christ's ascension. Muhammad was NOT sent in Jesus name. Muhammad was NOT the Holy Spirit. Muhammad did NOT teach the disciples. Muhammad did NOT remember the disciples everything what Jesus Christ has said to them. Muhammad is NOT sent by Jesus Christ. Muhammad did NOT testify about Jesus Christ to the disciples. Muhammad did NOT guide the disciples in all truth. Muhammad did NOT disclose it to the disciples. Muhammad did NOT glorify Jesus Christ. Muhammad did NOT become his 'revelation' from Jesus Christ. So the Paracletos is definitely NOT Muhammad.

The majority of Muslims know that the sacred heavenly books are like the Bible, the Holy Bible in the Christian religion. The Torah in Judaism was all revealed by God to prophets, but it was later distorted by many people throughout history. Except for the Qur’an, it was not distorted at all and was preserved extensively by Muslims, and this is God’s command.

For the brother on the right I hope this answers your questions:
During the thousand years of its composition, almost the entire Old Testament was written in Hebrew,Around 300 BC a translation of the Old Testament from Hebrew into Greek was undertaken, and it was completed around 200 BC.
The New Testament was written in Greek (they did not, however, use really high-class or classical Greek, but a very common and everyday type of Greek )
The Greek word paravklhtoß, ho parakletos, has been translated as ‘Comforter.’ Parakletos more precisely means ‘one who pleads another’s cause, an intercessor.’
The ho parakletos is a person in the Greek language, not an incorporeal entity. In the Greek language, every noun possesses gender; that is, it is masculine, feminine, or neutral. In the Gospel of John, Chapters 14, 15, and 16 the ho parakletos is actually a person.

    • @markscheepers9908
      @markscheepers9908 Рік тому +1

I don't know who has given you these false statements "The ho parakletos is a person in the Greek language, not an incorporeal entity...the ho parakletos is actually a person", this is definitely not what the Greek means.
But I won't labor that point since it will go nowhere, rather let's focus on the remainder of the words Jesus uses in the Gospel of John and lets assume that this parakletos is a person whom Muslims claim is Muhammad.
      So lets unpack John further:
⦁ [John 15:26]; "But when the Comforter has come, which I WILL SEND to you from the Father....".
Who sends this person i.e. Muhammad?, according to Scripture only God sends prophets, yet here we have Jesus claiming to "send". Are Muslims here admitting that Jesus is God?, since Jesus can sends prophets like his Father does.
Jesus claims in Scripture that "he is one with the Father" and "that the Father is in him and he in the Father" which supports the verses in John that use both God & Jesus actions interchangeably, as in (John 14:16, 26) it is God who sends, in (John 15:26) it is Jesus who send. How can God and Jesus be doing the exact same thing?. Unless it is like Christians have always stated, Jesus is God in human form.
⦁ [John 14:26]; But when the Comforter comes, even the Holy Spirit, which the Father will SEND IN MY NAME, that one shall teach you all things, and shall BRING TO YOUR REMEMBRANCE EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE TOLD YOU.
Clearly "SEND IN MY NAME" also shows in whose authority the Comforter comes, which from the context of the verse is Jesus.
Does Muhammad "bring Jesus into remembrance" in this teaching?, No...since the only thing Muhammad does is demote Jesus from God to just a man, contrary to Jesus own words in chapters 14 to 16 and the Gospel's words in (John 1:1).
So, it is clear Muhammad is not the Comforter mentioned in John that speaks about and for Jesus and transfers his teaching to mankind, but rather as Christians have also stated, it is the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of Truth) that Jesus is referring to, none other.

@@markscheepers9908 These are some books I recommend you to consider reading, very interesting. Note that most of them are from Christians so no bias accusations regarding their work.
🔹1. Cambridge History of Christianity Vol.1.
The collection traces the dynamic history from the time of Jesus through to the rise of Imperial Christianity in the fourth century.
🔹2. Paul and Jesus by James Tabor
Tabor shows how Paul separated himself from Peter and James to introduce his own version of Christianity, which would continue to develop independently of the message that Jesus, James, and Peter preached.
🔹3. Jesus Dynasty by James Tabor.
A new interpretation of the life of Jesus and the origins of Christianity is grounded in careful analysis of the earliest Christian documents and recent archaeological discoveries.
🔸James Tabor is a Biblical scholar and Professor of Ancient Judaism and Early Christianity in the Department of Religious Studies at the College of North Carolina at Charlotte.
🔹4. How Jesus became Christian by Barrie Wilson
Suggesting that Paul's movement was not rooted in the teachings of historical Jesus, but a mystical vision of Christ, he further proposes Paul founded the new religion through anti-semitic propaganda, crushing the Jesus Movement. Also Who was Jesus Christ --a Jew or a Christian?
🔸Barrie Wilson is Professor Emeritus and Senior Scholar, Humanities and Religious Studies, at York University, Toronto, where he has taught since 1974. A historian of religion, he specializes in movements in early Christianity.
🔹5. The brother of Jesus and lost teachings of Christianity by Jeffrey Bütz.
Using the canonical Gospels, writings of the Church Fathers, and apocryphal texts, Bütz argues that James is the most overlooked figure in the history of the Church. He shows how the core teachings of Jesus are firmly rooted in Hebraic tradition; reveals the bitter battles between James and Paul for ideological supremacy in the early Church; and explains how Paul's interpretations, which became the foundation of the Church, are in many ways its betrayal.
🔸Jeffrey Bütz is an American writer on religion, an ordained Lutheran minister, and an adjunct professor of world religions at Pennsylvania State University.
🔹6. How Jesus became God by Bart Ehrman.
Bart Ehrman reveals how Jesus’s divinity became dogma in the first few centuries of the early church.
The claim at the heart of the Christian faith is that Jesus of Nazareth was, and is, God. But this is not what the original disciples believed during Jesus’s lifetime-and it is not what Jesus claimed about himself. How Jesus Became God tells the story of an idea that shaped Christianity, and of the evolution of a belief that looked very different in the fourth century than it did in the first.
🔸Bart Ehrman is an American New Testament scholar focusing on textual criticism of the New Testament, the historical Jesus, and the origins and development of early Christianity.
🔹7. Unity and diversity in the new testament by James Dunn.
A thorough investigation into the canon of the New Testament, and Christianity's origins. It assumes the reader is familiar with the basic question of who wrote the books, when, why, etc and it moves on to look in detail at what were the various emphases in the gospel proclaimed by Jesus, Luke, Paul, and John. It also examines primitive Christianity's preaching and teaching.
🔸James Dunn was a British New Testament scholar, who was for many years the Lightfoot Professor of Divinity in the Department of Theology at the University of Durham. He worked broadly within the Methodist tradition and was a member of the Church of Scotland and the Methodist Church of Great Britain during his life.

There are many true Christians yet you mention none of them, those that are true to the Christian theology. If you really want to step away from stories as used by these authors and focus on Christian theological then find a true Christian that is knowledgeable in Biblical theology to get true Biblical truth (the Bible itself claims that God's truth is only revealed by the Spirit of Truth (the Holy Spirit) and none other.
It has to be noted that no historical Christian written evidence exist except for the thousands of Bible manuscripts, so whatever historical details that writers like Bütz have used and questionable and their writings are merely their opinions without real supporting manuscripts.
For instance, historically we don't know what the relationship was between Peter (the Apostle) and Paul but we do know they knew each other and even debated issues and further claims about James & Paul are also just men's opinions since no proof exist of any major issues between them that impacts Christianity...these types of issues arose long after the followers of Jesus walked the earth.

These verses may all be true IF the Quran was truly sent by the God of Abraham, but there is no proof it comes from Him. If Jesus truly said those things in the Quran it would exist in the Bible too since the Bible is the authority on Jesus not the Quran. So those are false words added to the real Jesus lips.
The only "person" to come after Jesus was the Holy Spirit, the source where the human Jesus derived his power from.
Why do Muslims consider that the Islamic Allah is the same God that appeared to Abraham and Moses when he exhibits none of the characteristics of the Biblical God. Besides Muhammad's claim that they were the same God, the Quran offers no other proof who this god is. Yet it is clear the teaching of Allah is contrary and many times contradicts the God the early prophets claimed was the true God.
If these early prophet "had" the true God and the Quran contradicts Him then someone/something else is the Islamic god.
Let's look at some evidence, Christianity never anywhere considers that there are 3 gods, that was Mohammad's misunderstanding of Christianity, which clearly proves the man was no prophet, no prophet of the real God would make errors like these and this also proves that Allah is not the Abrahamic God, if he was he would have corrected Mohammad's errors.
If Muhammad was the seal of the prophets why did God never reveal himself to him or directly talk to Muhammad? (he did this for lesser known prophet, why not Muhammad?). What is the proof for Muhammad's prophet-hood?

Because Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Life and the only way to the Father, John 14:6. So after Him no prophets are needed anymore. That's also why Jesus Christ never said that a prophet will come after Him. So also no 'Ahmed' after Him.

Whatever the explanation is of the Comforter, we can conclude
that Jesus left unfinished work and that someone was coming to
complete his mission. Let us examine in the light of the Bible if this Comforter fits the character of Prophet Muhammed (pbuh)

    • @markscheepers9908
      @markscheepers9908 Рік тому

From the perspective of Jesus "mission" he had already risen from the dead (i.e. he completed his mission), there was no reason for him to remain on earth, so his departure was imminent, in many subsequent verses Jesus reassured his followers that he would not leave them orphans (i.e. without a Sheppard).
If the "Comforter" had to be any human (which it is not), then Paul would fit this profile...he is the most significant "glorifier" of Jesus and broadly "testifies" about him (which Muslims themselves deplore), he also lived in the same timeframe as the Apostles so Jesus statement "I will send him to you" actually makes sense because it would be in their lifetimes.
Muhammad's problem is he only ever contradicts the Biblical Jesus and he downgrades Jesus consistently when compared to John's Christology of Jesus since John believed Jesus was God, so John could not be referring to Muhammad who was not divine as John considered Jesus to be.
This is clear when Jesus says in (John 16:14)"...That one shall glorify Me because it shall disclose to you the things that it receives from Me".
Did Muhammad ever claim his revelations were from Jesus as this verse claims, "the things that it receives from Me (i.e. Jesus)". Incidentally Jesus also claims to "send" the Comforter, did Muhammad say Jesus sent him?

    Jesus spoke Aramaic (not Greek).
The Bible in Aramaic was lost / does not exist.
The oldest Bible is a translation in the Greek language.
The old testament was / is in Hebrew.
Jesus understood Hebrew and Aramaic, and did not speak Greek (...This is my guess)
So when the Bible was translated (throughout history) from one language to another or rather to many other languages...."they" (THE TRANSLATORS) were not TRUE to spirit of an honest translation. (OR THEY MADE A MISTAKE!)
Their aim (probably) was to hide the name MUHAMMAD by translating it to what the meaning the "name" conveys, rather than keeping the "name" as it was!
Deedat was correct to "translate" a name...and only use what the meaning of what the name meant.
AN EXAMPLE to illustrate DEEDAT's point:-
Say, Mr Lumberjack killed farmer's daughter.
The Police Report report recorded the following two versions:
    (1) Mr Lumberjack killed the daughter of the farmer.
    (2) A wood cutter killed farmer's daughter.
Using version (2) "deliberately" the corrupt police officer is hiding the identity of the killer.
(...because there are MANY wood cutter but perhaps only one Mr Lumberjack.
Conclusion: Mr Deedat was showing how the Bible was corrupted "WHEN THEY TRANSLATED THE BIBLE"
MY OPINION: If this was a "deliberate act" then it was a corruption.
Even if ...it was a "mistake" or an innocent act of "incompetence" of the act of translation...THEN IN ALL THREE CASES THE BIBLE WAS CORRUPTED WHEN LOOKING AT THIS VERSE OF THE OLD BIBLE ( verse 16 / chapter 5 / Song of Solomon ) !

May be, most of christians didn't know about Mohammad's arrival after Jesus, but some of them knew, for example: Monk Bahira, that was why Monk Bahira saved Mohammad's life when jews tried to kill Mohammad when he was a little kid because jews also knew Mohammad was the last messenger, so they attacked him as they tried to crucify Jesus, of course they could not crucify Jesus as told in the Quran because God never leaves His messengers alone so they crucified another jew who reported Jesus to jews, but then by the will of God, he exactly looked like Jesus to them so they crucified that jew instead of Jesus.

Song of Solomon, also called Canticle of Canticles, or Song of Songs, an Old Testament book that belongs to the third section of the biblical canon, known as the Ketuvim, or “Writings.”
The most reliable evidence for its date is its language: Aramaic gradually replaced Hebrew after the end of the Babylonian exile in the late 6th century BCE, and the evidence of vocabulary, morphology, idiom and syntax clearly point to a late date, centuries after King Solomon to whom it is traditionally attributed.
So supposed you study in Hebrew because it closed language to Aramaic Rather than Greek language. Even Mr Deedat already show the translation of the word from Hebrew show Muhammad.

It seems you believe anything you are told, have you researched your claims? Not only from Islamic tradition but secular sources too?. If you did you would realize none of it agrees with what you said.
The truth is the Quran was compile over a long period by different people and it's memorization claims are a complete lie since it is clear other means were used to compile it.
You make unsupported claims about the Quran, because your claims contradicts Uthman's compilation of the Quran. If the Quran was passed down through memory then why then did Uthman insist that the compilation be made from material people had, stones and leaves etc., why not just compile it from Muslims who could recite it?, because he did not trust people's memories?.
⦁ Why did Uthman have to burn other copies, unless the other copies were different?
⦁ Why did Uthman need to standardize the Quran, unless it needed standardizing?
⦁ Why did Uthman threaten death to make Muslims use the Uthmanized" Quran?
⦁ Why did some Muslims reject Uthman's text in favor of their own text of the Quran?
There is a simple answer to these questions. Uthman had to edit The Quran because there was not just one text (there would be no reason to edit it otherwise - he could just have made a copy).
In contrast to this, Uthman destroyed all but a few of the early Quran manuscripts, to cover his tracks. But his tracks are not completely covered because of the manuscripts of Ubai and others. (See Bukhari vol.6:527 p.489 for Ubai being the best at reciting the Quran, this from Muhammad's own lips, yet Uthman's Quran leaves out some of what he recites.).
As for your claims about Bible confusion, no Christian is confused by the Bible but rather it is Muslims making these claims. The importance of the many author for the Bible is God's means of establishing his truth through the standard of two or three witnesses or miracles. Who were Muhammad's witness?, he had none which is contrary to the way God provides revelation.

@@joydusara7100 There is cultural misunderstanding here, because from the Islamic tradition when you burn the Qur'an you are not disrespecting it; in fact this is the way to respectfully dispose of it, which is the exact opposite from the Western tradition.
Our religion teaches us that when you have a copy of the Qur'an that is worn out and you have to dispose of it, you don't just throw it in the trash; that is disrespectful. Rather, you disintegrate it. They didn't have paper shredders back then so how would they disintegrate the Qur'an respectfully? Simply they would light a fire and burn it because they didn't want people to trample on it; they didn't want people to throw it in trash can. They wanted to get rid of the sacredness of the Qur'an in a manner that is not intentionally disrespectful.
So, this is the cultural difference; when Westerners hear about burning books they think of sacrilege; they think of angry mobs chanting but the burning of the Qur'an is not done in that type of philosophy or mindset.
The burning of the Qur'an was done to respectfully disposable unofficial copies of the Qur'an. In fact what happened was after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) the Qur'an was compiled within two years after his death and so the official compilation took place when every single one of the major companions of the Prophet was still alive.
But this official recension of the Qur'an was not made obligatory upon the entire Caliphate, upon the entire Islamic nation. People would simply copy with their own hands any copy that they had and obviously human errors occurred. You all need some knowledge. It was written on different paper, wood etc and They did that after compiling it into one official book so the copies won't get into nonbelievers' hands that might want to change the context and copy it.

I'm referring to Uthman burning the earlier quran because *there were many differences found between the different qurans.* He compiled the quran into one quran and burnt all the other qurans which had differences.
Early Islamic tradition tell us that there were differences in the recitation of the Quran that were significant enough that Uthman and others were afraid that the Muslim nation could be destroyed by its differences.
      Sahih Bukhari :
      Volume 6, Book 61, Number 510:
      Narrated Anas bin Malik:
*Hudhaifa was afraid of their* (the people of Sham and Iraq) *differences in the recitation of the Qur'an,* so he said to 'Uthman, "O chief of the Believers! *Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Quran)* as Jews and the Christians did before." So 'Uthman sent a message to Hafsa saying, "Send us the manuscripts of the Qur'an so that we may compile the Qur'anic materials in perfect copies and return the manuscripts to you." Hafsa sent it to `Uthman. `Uthman then ordered Zaid bin Thabit, `Abdullah bin AzZubair, Sa`id bin Al-As and `AbdurRahman bin Harith bin Hisham to rewrite the manuscripts in perfect copies. `Uthman said to the three Quraishi men, "In case you disagree with Zaid bin Thabit on any point in the Qur'an, then write it in the dialect of Quraish, the Qur'an was revealed in their tongue." They did so, and when they had written many copies, `Uthman returned the original manuscripts to Hafsa. `Uthman sent to every Muslim province one copy of what they had copied, and ordered that all the other Qur'anic materials, whether written in fragmentary manuscripts or whole copies, be burnt.

If you become a Muslim, my Christian brother, ask the sheikh of the monotheistic Muslim, how do you see your Lord on the Day of Resurrection.. He will simply tell you that he is sixty arms tall, bald, wears golden sandals, and sits on a chair of the weight of this Lord.

My Muslim brother disappointed me haha, i been waiting for chance soo long to prove Prophet Muhammad is actually mentioned and refer in the Bible. They are so many references in the Bible verses, both the old and the new testament. Bro, as a Muslim you need to know the Bible just to prove your case in this situation.

Secondly revelation weren't giving in one day, that's why book of John that talk about the comforter is also refer to the same person (Muhammad)
So advise you go get Bible in it's original language (Hebrew)

Just check if the word ‘muhammadim’ has another meaning in Hebrew that can fit the verse. If it has no other meaning, then it refers to the personality mentioned. I feel the whole Song is a parable referring to the seal of prophets

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn Рік тому

There is no 'Muhammadim' in the ancient Hebrew vocabulary.

    What is Prophecy?
The dominee replied: "You see, prophecies are word-pictures of something that is going to
happen in the future. When that thing actually comes to pass, we see vividly in these
prophecies the fulfillment of what had been predicted in the past." I said: "What you
actually do is that you deduce, you reason, you put two and two together." He said: "Yes." I
said: "If this is what you have to do with a 'thousand' prophecies to justify your
claim with regards to the genuineness of Jesus, why should we not adopt the very
same system for Muhummed?"1 The dominee agreed that it was a fair proposition, a
reasonable way of dealing with the problem.
I asked him to open up Deuteronomy, chapter 18, verse 18, which he did. I read from
memory the verse in Afrikaans, because this was my purpose in having a little practice with
the language of the ruling race in South Africa.2
'N PROFEET SAL EK VIR HULLE VERWEK UIT DIE MIDDE VAN HULLE BROERS, SOOS JY IS,
EN EK SAL MY WOORDE IN SY MOND LE, EN HY SY SAL AAN HULLE SE ALLE WAT EK HOM
    BEVEEL. Deut.18: 18.
The English translation reads as follows:-
"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I
will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall
    command him."
    (HOLY BIBLE) Deuteronomy 18:18.
    1. Muhummed is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon 5:16. The Hebrew word used
there is Muhammuddim. The end letters IM is plural of respect majesty and grandeur.
Minus "im" the name would be Muhamud translated as "altogether lovely" in the Authorised
Version of the Bible or 'The Praised One' 'the one worthy of Praise' i.e. MUHUMMED!
    (P.B.U.H)
    2. If this booklet is translated into any language, please change the Afrikaans words into
the local dialect; and do not try a free hand translation of the Biblical quotation. Obtain a
Bible in the language in which translation is being made and transcribe exactly as the words
    occur in that Bible.
    Prophet Like Moses
Having recited the verse in Afrikaans, I apologised for my uncertain pronunciation, The
dominee assured me that I was doing fine. I enquired: "To whom does this prophecy refer?"
Without the slightest hesitation he answered: "JESUS!" I asked: "Why Jesus?... his
name is not mentioned here." The dominee replied: "Since prophecies are word-pictures
of something that is going to happen in the future, we find that the wordings of this verse

It's so sad that a Christian brother did not know this was in his Bible. He just asked me to prove that Jesus said that he worked through God's will and not his own. Well here you are. Jesus said the following according to your Bible.
    John 5:30
I can do nothing on my own. I judge as God tells me. Therefore, my judgment is just, because I carry out the will of the one who sent me, not my own will.
Jesus (PBUH) sounds like a Prophet to me. Ok now give me something harder this is to easy. 😂
