You are right 100% Liz. Zero seats for the Tories & Reform. Yes, we have suffered enough.
😂😂😂😂
"Lord" Frost used to be pro EU. There is clip of him back before Brexit praising our membership. The bloke is all about him and what politics can give him. He should retire to his country pile and let those with real knowledge of the problems he and Johnson caused fix them!
The ex whisky salesman's head obviously became addled with his products. 😵💫
Boris too, and May and Truss, all original Remainers destroying the country for their personal pot of gold
He is a lier and a coward!
As I understand it he has gained a large house here in Greenwich where I live. So he screwed my European freedom and up the road he is living in luxury. This is why our political system is rotten to its core. How did he get to HOL? Who appointed him?
This is meant for Lord Frost caption. Sorry it is mosplaced here for some reason.
Lord Gormless showing why he was given that nickname. He didn't name or couldn't show one benefit of Brexit. The way Frosty was talking as though we just need to give Brexit more time, it will never work because it literally imposes red tape on previously frictionless trade routes. It's a con.
Carry on the good work Liz.
Give Brexit more time...
In only 2 years we will see the huge 'one decade' celebrations of the referendum 🤣🤣😉
Now please tell us what you know about EU fiscal union, EU economic union, EU political union, the unification of member states’ armed forces under command of the European Council, the reckless expansionism of the EU across Eastern Europe, and the unfettered migration into the EU from North Africa and the Middle East, at the EU’s open invitation.

How the hell did we ever give Frost a knighthood when he should be in jail for his utter lies and betrayal. But I guess being mates with the biggest political liar in history, Boris Johnson, I guess Frost can’t help himself but to keep on with his utter bs.

I love Frost. He is the true embodiment of British failure
For sure !
What failure? Ending 47 years of being robbed by the EU?
Uk is lost for Good. Unbelievable you all did overthere. EU is going great 😊 Greatings from the Netherlands.....
The EU is hardly “going great”. The Netherlands has just exited a recession, Germany is in chaos with a weak coalition government, France is even worse with a plunging stock market and the risk of a huge rise in borrowing. I think you are mistaken. The EU is going to face a large number of structural - and political - challenges over the next 5 years. Germany’s automobile sector is weak and has not invested sufficiently in the transition to EVs; it has few high performing universities and a mittelstand which has insufficient funds to invest. The only bright spots are Italy and Spain.
We are both stronger together. We all suffer from the same ailment...too many old people
My most beloved analogy about being a member of the EU is of being a member of a great club. You paid a membership, however, the facilities and perks outstrip the paying fees. How the people that voted out of the EU, couldn't see the wood for the tree, is beggar belief!
Our contributions to the EU were labelled as costs and not investments. For example, the current Brexit cost of import/export red tape is just a cost and not an investment. Our work on authoring as well as accepting de facto global standards.
they were all gullible gammon.
Unfortunately there are MANY in prtically all countyries that simply do not THINK about HOW and WHY things work and then fail to figure out HOW changes would affect them. Plenty of very biassed press across the world that promote the ideas that change would be good but NOT explaining if it is actually possible.
Sadly too many people thought we were still an Empire SO when we started losing some of the benefits i:e Freedom of movement in the EU, it was seen as Revenge for us leaving, Sovereignty over our Borders WE always HAD ,EVEN EU LAWS WE HELPED TO IMPLEMENT, Bozo and his RED BUS £350,000 a WEEK LIES ALL LIES
Your "contribution" calculation just keep showing the british mentality, just looking for little "benefits" , behaving like little shop keepers while the discution was about global large scale worldwide strategic economical interests, not your little personnal shop. Britons were just out of subject.
From Frost's Wikipedia entry: "Frost left HM Diplomatic Service in 2013 to become CEO of the Scotch Whisky Association, a trade association.[3] In 2015, in a hearing before the Scottish Parliament, he argued in favour of the UK's membership in the EU, noting that for a Briton on an average salary, the benefit of the UK being a member of the EU was around £1,500 a year.[5]... It was in his capacity as CEO that he wrote an article before the Brexit referendum[7] for Portland Communications, in which he supported the case for remaining in the EU's Single Market and said that leaving it would be "fraught with economic risk".
I wonder what part of his elevation to the peerage helped him change his mind?
Maybe he had an epiphany on the road to that peerage.
@@cpuuk "Ya know what, despite their not being a single positive macroeconomic impact assessment for Brexit, raising trade barriers with your largest trade partners is actually great" 😂😂

I am very impressed by Mike Galsworthy. Very balanced and thoughtful. If only MPs could be like this.
GB silly News so so ridiculous
Frost was the laughing stock during Brexit negotiations.
We've only been outside the EU for 4 years.... and yet we are still in the situation where NO ONE has explained how Brexit is going to make us better off and NO ONE has shown one single benefit of being out. ALL of that should have been explained 4 years BEFORE we even voted for Brexit.
Brexit benefit. We (the EU) don’t have to deal with five year olds throwing a temper tantrum every time they don’t like something. Let’s go brexit. May it last forever.
@@jcvastgoed1490 Sadly Brexit can't last forever because it doesn't make sense. Listen to Mike on the video. It is the governments place to make BUSINESS easier. Brexit makes life harder for business in the UK and in the EU. That's the long and the short of it.
@@jcvastgoed1490 *"don’t have to deal with five year olds throwing a temper tantrum"* - Isn't that a bitt like what you are doing now? If we have learnt anything from the fraudulent National Opinion Poll of 2016, this route is a mechanism which has proved to be an exercise is conning the public irrespective of the National Interest. Frost is a good example.
The only problem regarding another referendum is that even if the UK has it with a majority to rejoin, it is no longer the UKs decision.
I feel sorry for your political situation these conservatives are not rational people. Unfortunately we face the same problem in Australia where we now face a charge of neo liberals who think they have the right to rule forever, even though they have proved time and time again they are poor economic managers.
@@SJG-nr8uj Can we please stick to facts and why shouldn't the EU expand eastwards, it's shrinking from the West
Surely it’s un democratic to refuse to entertain the possibility of a second referendum. To be democratic you have to take the wishes of the population at a any given time, not rely on a badly managed, very close vote eight years ago. Mr Frost was always on a different planet from most of us but it sounds as these days he’s even farther off that at the height of his disastrous career.
Wish he was on a different planet. Preferably one with no oxygen.
The uk isn’t in a position to come back. They don’t even reach 50% of the Copenhagen criteria. The 4 freedoms are indivisible, the EEA don’t want the uk and the only other way to join the CU and SM is to be a full member. There is no “specialist cakeism deal” for the UK and EVERY one of the 27 have to agree. I can think of at least 2 who will veto, and probably more. You won’t be back for a very long time if ever, so Frosty the liar is correct on this point. This is facing reality.
So, you're saying that there's a chance?
@@jackdubz4247 stay away
@@jackdubz4247 There’s always a chance but I’d certainly not hold breath. We are moving towards a federalist Europe, the UK doesn’t want that and I personally feel the UK is out if not forever for at least a couple of generations.

I thought Britain was a democracy. People have the right to raise issues just as they did it in 2016. There’s enough support there’s enough support but the Europeans will have to decide. Not a British decision.
If a democracy is not allowed to change its mind it has ceased to be a domocracy !
Facing reality means to accept that while the UK could vote to leave the EU on its own you just can not vote to "unleave" .
If you vote to join the EU then the only way is to try to join the EU according to Article 49 and meeting all the prerequisites listed there and in the Copenhagen Criteria.
That will take a long time and success is not guaranteed.
Great news!
To get back in we would loose the pound and the ability to manipulate it ,well done brexit camp

Lord Haw-haw Frost now saying the arrangements are very good?
Didn't he say we should scrap the deal not long ago?
What is wrong with the UK government if there is no party to do what the majority wants? Where is the will of the people now?
All the current leaders of the Labour party were pro remain. Sadly as soon as they say anything pro EU the press, which you may have noticed are anti EU will lie through their teeth to discredit their policies, and at the moment winning an election is all that matters. Anyway it does not matter, it will be a long time before the EU let us near again. There is an old saying, fools rush in where angels fear to tread. There were a lot of fools in the UK. Sadly the remaining ones are the Tory party.
Deluded to imagine Britain will be accepted back into EU without paying a heavy price
Britain managed to vote itself out, but won't be able to vote itself back in.
Joining the EU:
If the UK (for whatever reason) wants to join the EU, it will end up at the end of the queue, like every other country that wants to join the EU club and it will have to start from scratch.
Not yet to talk about the criteria's that need to be fulfilled, before being able to join the EU/27 member states, i.e. "accepting the Euro €, requirement that a state has the institutions to preserve *democratic governance and *human rights, has a functioning market economy and accepts the obligations and intent of the European Union."
Just a little reminder:
The UK's applications to join in 1963 and 1967 were vetoed by the President of France, Charles de Gaulle. While it was true that Britain's economy, like many others, was struggling to recover from the high cost of WW2, De Gaulle had personal as well as economic reasons for not wanting the British around the table.
Brexit campaign and referendum:
During and after the Brexit referendum campaign, Britain has not stopped to display their hate against the EU as well as campaigning to leave the ECHR for the simple reason that it contains the word "Europe" in it.
* Human Rights and Democracy:
- isn't it the UK with its Tory government and their friends from the far-right business company Reform UK Ltd, who are campaigning to leave the ECHR and by doing so, are taking away the Human Rights of its population?
There already is the first hurdle and more of them are: not respecting international laws and by breaching them i.e. UNHCR Refugee/Asylum Seeker Conventions 151 and its 1967 Protocol. Who on earth would like to have a country like that as a club member?
Furthermore, is it really the democratic will of the British public to lose their Human Rights and to see their Equality Act going up in flames? Think about that. The UK would be well advised to join Belarus and Russia instead.
One cannot join the EU like taking a bus, a taxi, a train, a plane when it suits the political and/or the financial agenda and then tell the EU to f* off after having milked it financially for decades.
The EU/27 member states have certainly reasons enough, to reject any future application for a UK candidacy as a future EU member state and it will not come as any surprise.
Right you are, Liz. Tories are toast. Labour looks to have a 200 seat majority. Good things will happen, especially if we keep Liz Webster around! ❤🎉😊
☺️
Good things? Like Starmer being Tony Blair's hand puppet? Like Labour being in thrall to the Muslim block vote? Like Labour wanting to give the vote to brainwashed schoolchildren?
And? Tories gone?
Won't make little brexitannia meet the missing 50% of the accession criteria.
Won't make us 🇪🇺 grant the UK a second chance. We as the union and some of us memberstates profit massively from Brexit.
You 🇬🇧 fool yourselves, time and time and time and time again. Delusions instead of realistic assessments seem to be a British speciality.
Mrs Webster has zero clue about how the EU works apparently, and even less than zero clue about little brexitannia's chance of a second membership in less than half a century. 'Alignment' won't change facts - third country, no more cherrypicking.

A second referendum is essential. And sooner rather than later. There are immense benefits to being in the EU. We can't wait for half century as Rees-Mogg has suggested. It's nuts. The simplicity of a referendum can hardly be described as "suffering". The government will have a clear mandate to proceed.
Frost was and still is unelected
Because it's not up to Starmer. He can't promise rejoin because it's up to the EU if they are willing to take you back. And all it takes is one veto from any of the members to stop you.
It’s absurd. The Tories pushed for brexit which requires a massive effort by the government to establish trade deals, build out customs and immigration infrastructure, work with various industries to drive pro-business policy ,,, but the Tories are libertarian, they don’t want any government. So they drove a policy that required bigger government just as they decided they were libertarian so they did nothing.
How would he know? He has never shown intimate knowledge of the details of his own negotiated agreement
I'm sure it is. Most of the EU countries are glad to see the back of the uk
Recently had to import from UK to Spain where I am British Citizen and Spanish Resident. Had to pay for goods a higher price in UK and a supplementary non optional fee to Fedex for handling importation taxes and Spanish cutoms administration as transporter.
Net result UK exports from small to medium companies more expensive and uncompetitive. Frost and Boris with their oven ready deals was a complete deception and total lack of adequate trade negotiations to leave EU.
A complete let down by them to represent interests ok UK citizens.

Notice that David Frost ignored the question about how long we should give Brexit, and was not pushed (or even asked) by Camilla Tominey. But what else would you expect from GN news.
Camilla Tominay seems deeply unpleasant. She fits wll on GB News and the Telegraph.
The only way to get into EU again, is when the Tories think it is a good idea, then Labour can join the choir. If Labour initiates movement towards EU, the Tories will resist and EU will shut the door. EU will insist on all major parties wants to join.
So pressure the Tories in the future and if they feel it will buy them votes, so maybe one day they are ready. The Tories really has to be treated and manipulated like a difficult child.

David Frost 🤥 really makes my skin crawl with that smirk 🙁
5:58 "Hasn't the country suffered enough?"
What an ironic question.
david frost so inept i wouldnt be shocked to find out someone helps him tie his shoelaces
Frost is pretty much right. Brexit is done. You can of course go into bilateral agreements outside the scope of the TCA aka Brexit deal, like Erasmus. But on trade nothing substantial can change. Like James O'Brain says, "the simple question of trade free movement of goods even if we have full alignment with the European Union we will not have access", "the Four Freedoms are indivisible so even if you agree to sign up to all EU regulation on trade they'll still have to do checks", "you cannot unilaterally align your way out of post brexit border check"
UK failed to honour even the most basic WTO requirements to set up the state agencies, bodies, institutions and departments that define the standards and regulations that it holds itself to, let alone implement them, enforce them, or make them available to potential partners to inspect in order to establish equivalence.
A third country has not only to demonstrate complete alignment with the standards and conducts concerned, but also must have developed those institutions and practices within the state whereby alignment can be measured and proven to exist, let alone achieved. This applies to EFTA membership/EEA participation as much as to EU membership, though the scope and scale may differ in respects other than those the four freedoms demand in either case.
Mike Galsworthy speaks very well.
Never never never never ever ever ever trust the laughably named sir ( can you believe it) David Frost

How can a man like Frost get to the centre of government?
Just look at Frost. Not the man for a serious job. Pushed us into a smelly brown mess.
That ANYONE still listens to 'Lord Frost' astounds me just as much as the mass gullibility that led to Brexit.
7:58 Said "ideology" simply to be understood as greed, for a quick & easy buck, preferably leaving someone else to pay for all the bills. Leaving behind a ravaged premises. In case of Brexit that will take decades to repair. Life won't be the same.
As I said before. The top 10,000 is doing well with a bank and financial sector that can earn more money without all the EU rules. Only that is at the expense of ordinary citizens. These EU rules are there for a reason. And I doubt that the EU will just let this happen, a black money market on the doors of Europe.
Of course the difference is that Labour are going to have to try and honor their commitments....
And the reality is that joining the EU is not possible and very unlikely to ever be possible unless the pain gets an awful lot worse. The UK is not a democracy according to EU membership criteria, as demonstrated by Boris using the King's Prerogative. The EU have enough of this kind of stuff from Poland and Hungry, so no chance they want a third member state to join those two. Then there is the need to accept the Euro and a need for a very big paradigm shift in the UK mindset - economic pain is not enough to justify membership - been there, done that in the case of the UK and not going to happen again.
As for negotiations, well that is not with the 27 member states as some think, but with 38 regional and national parliaments, the EU parliament and the electorates of France, Denmark, Ireland and in some cases The Netherlands. It is very unlikely the governments of any of those countries would be willing to hold such a divisive referendum on the the future of the UK and if they did and the voters said NO, what next for the UK??? So membership of the EU is very unlikely to happen on any basis but fully meeting the EU membership criteria.
It is not what most want to hear, but Labour's position is probably the most realistic.
He also claimed that the Conservatives were fit for office.
The two face of David frost who said his deal was a disaster !
