it's not exactly like that, is more like if you have 2 life bars. when you get a hit you lose a proportional part of damage beetwen red life (recuperable with gun mode) and transparent life (not recuperable without heal) if the green life goes to 0 and get damaged you die (i see sometimes dont hapened but i dont know if its another mecanic or you must get hit twice like in an electric tramp). to resume is more like x2 HP XD

I would go for bang since you already have his ssr arm, and you also lack a technical type In your team, so he would be a good option for that. metal knight is same type as genos
