- An acute oxygen shortage in India's hospitals has left desperate people begging and bartering for air.
Britain announced it was sending "more than six hundred pieces of vital medical equipment" which will arrive on Tuesday - but the people on the ground have yet to see any substantial help from their own government or from other countries.
Sky’s special correspondent Alex Crawford reports from the new epicentre of the global COVID-19 crisis.

Its not a pandemic. It would be a pandemic if they have had millions of deaths, less than 200k deaths is not even 1% in facts its about 0.25%

Bangladesh already sent 700 tankers of medical Oxygen last night & another 1500 tankers are on their ways to India through the land port for free & as a gesture Bangladesh also gave India 90 million (9 crore) files of Remdesivir doses, 1 million ( 10 lacks) units of Ventilators, Medical robots, Remote control UV-C light disinfectant system & other essential medical supplies & 200million( 20 crores) of PPP. All the materials mentioned are solely produced by Bangladeshi companies & they are made in Bangladesh & those are being shipped to India without any cost. Hope it'll help India in this crisis.

This is outside a Sikh temple , and the people who run this oxygen station are Sikhs, they are such wonderful people . My heart goes out to all those suffering from lack of oxygen. Not getting air is the worse. My sister passed at home couple of months ago with us by her side and watching the air seep from her was terrible, she looked like the brother in this video catatonic before taking her last breath. The end segment just looks like staged acting to present a bleak image that ties into a 'covid is a serious deadly threat' narrative (despite personally not knowing a single person to have been seriously harmed, let alone died 'from' it - and I'm not talking about elderly people that have died with viral infections as contributory reasons either that would have succumbed that year) I don't doubt for one minute than India isn't suffering severe health issues, but these are likely due to a shortage of medical personnel, the primary indicators of efficacy of a procurement system will have been impacted by the restrictive covid actions (mostly precautionary) look at them all in the video - it's people who can't access health care
The scary thing is that so many of the sick and dying patients in India are the young. I feel so distressed for this family watching their healthy son fade away in the prime of his life. Prayers to all of India.
Show me the data that supports your claim 'younger people are dying'. The best I've heard the propaganda machine offer up so far is anecdotal claims from any healthcare worker they can find who will say it.
@@jadow1419 I don’t think they have any solid figures on ages of those who have died - they don’t even have enough oxygen for the hospitals, let alone those who can’t get admitted. I would believe that this situation will definitely claim many younger victims. I had a friend, age 30, who was admitted to hospital with Covid in the States. He’s in decent health, but required 72 hours of continuous oxygen support, then 5 days more on an as needed basis - 10 days total hospitalization to stabilize and release. A hypoxic state simply causes organ systems to shut down and patients die. It can happen at any age. This situation looks really bad. And, so many people will lose their lives simply for the lack of oxygen and managed care.

Its not a pandemic. It would be a pandemic if they have had millions of deaths, less than 200k deaths is not even 1% in facts its about 0.25%
