1993 Ford Thunderbird Cruise Control Troubleshooting & Testing

Sorry for the orientation. I was using my Iphone and didn't realize it would do this. I will know for the future.
I have not had cruise control since I bought the car. I love to use cruise control, so I wanted to fix it.
Since I had the repair manual that I had bought, it helped me to troubleshoot it.
Once I was able to see that the ON switch didn't seem to work, I had an area to look at to test out.
