@@mark2643 Probably because it was the last Alien movie we had.
And they're right it was awful, had some cool moments but awful.
A lot of people also hated Prometheus, but the film was at least highly ambitious.
Covenant was just flat and uninspired.
As good a film-maker as Ridley is i'm glad to see the franchise in different hands.
