Hey Peter! Thanks for checking it out. We have specific clubs/approved fields that we fly at. We are required to have a MAAC Membership (Basically insurance) to fly at these clubs.
I was thinking about this again and the elastic won’t work. Reason is the doors are not spring loaded. The piano wire needs to be used to push doors open.
Cordial saludo. Gracias.
Hello Jorge. Thanks for watching. Total cost to build the L39 was Aproximatley $25,000.00 CAD. This was all new equipment. Nothing transferred from another plane.
@@thelightersideofrc for the money some of these H9 kits cost the fact they skimp on hardware like this is frustrating. I've stopped buying the brand and opted for lesser known higher quality ARFs.

Misspelled "Hangar", LOL, Never the less, very informative video, thanks.
HAHA. Good Call!
Many thanks for the quick reply. Will start fitting the engine. Thanks again
Glad to help
Great work and progress....Very nitpiky point here, put the pilot's right hand on the stick, as the throttle is on the left side of the cockpit
Perfect 👌! I appreciate the tip. I put the left on as it got in the stick better but scale wise, worth the switch😉
I have come here from your skip the dishes channel. Where do you fly these monstrous aircraft?

On tail wheel doors, have you considered elastic instead of the wire for the doors? The wire seems to catch and hang up, elastic might not.
Didn’t think about that. Thanks for the suggestion. Tried straight piano wire but it needs some give.

Hi i am in the process of fitting the engine to my F4U Corsair .60. Do i need to add any side or down thrust to the engine when fitting? Thanks
If you look closely at the firewall you will see that it’s already angled for you.
What is the brand on your central control box and where can I purchase one. Thanks
For radio or gear? Radio is JR/deeforce. Gear is down and locked. Not sure they will sell just the controler
@@thelightersideofrc thanks
One question, do you know anyone that has a hangar 9 F4u Corsair kit for sale? I have retracts and engine ready for that kind of plane.
Sorry I don’t. I know there was a couple variations in this plane for sizes. Keep an eye out on RCGROUPS, RCUniverse, RCCANADA

That tail wheel design is laughable. Typical H9 garbage.
Agreed! It's workable but the spring is a necessary change for sure!
