At 1:03:50 a shiver went down my spine and my eyes got a bit wet. I watched the show 6 times live and it was always like this at that particular scene. Legends die young!
I'm from the USA and went on vacation to London in late 2004/early 2005. I was visiting a group of friends from the UK and Italy. We went to see this musical at the Dominion Theatre the first week in January 2005. My friends and I were blown away by the performance. Near the end of the show, one of my friends had tears in his eyes and said, "Freddie would have been so happy for this musical". The next day, we paid a visit to the home where Freddie Mercury lived.
@@GarlicBreadFrog I auditioned for Scaramouche, I didn't get the role but I am an understudy incase. But I guess the tips may depend on what your doing in the audition
omg same but audtitions are tommorow and im so nervous. like what if someone lauphs at me but anyway im am going for the killer queen because in every production i have been in i have always been the narrator! and guess what. i missed the breifing of the characters.... because of a stupid guitar class. anyway good job
I saw it twice Brenda Edwards first time as killer queen maz Murray second time she wasn't very good didn't like her , her voice was awful when she sang
My favourite musical with all the original cast, which was the best. Seen it 8 times now and Sharron was the best Killer Queen followed by Brenda Edwards.
@@MrGeo082 you are so lucky to get to see it again. It’s too far to London from Yorkshire plus I have the back from Hell at the moment and can hardly move let alone sit in the theatre😢 I bet Lee Mead was great as Khashoggi. What was Ben Elton like as Pops?

Just saw this musical on Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas for our very first time. We all loved it and there were some really talented, dedicated actors in this show for sure. However, one thing I’ve noticed is that the texts on the curtain are completely different, don’t even have the years on them, stating the past, current, and future events which took/are taking place.

I don't know how to feel about this. The songs are obviously good, but with everything else, i feel that performing this with my local theatre would be too cringy i wouldn't want my friends to see it at all 😅 That said Khassoggi(?) Looks fun
Why? The musical doesn't change anything about the already existing studio albums. I understand not really being into the musical but how did this impact Queen enough for you to go off?
@@basmathijsen4401 the story is just so utterly dire it's an insult. The man behind such iconic comedies as Blackadder and The Young Ones obviously wasn't feeling very well when he wrote this. We are doing this at a local school and it's so cringeworthy it's unbelievable
i think i’ve watched this more times than i’ve seen my parents this week. pls send help. i’m obsessed.
Played Gazza way back in 09 when we did this for the school show. The girl i was attracted played Scara, good times!
Omg love this with Tim Vincent I seen him twice in London he was absolutely awesome thankyou for sharing this ❤❤❤❤
