thx its gonna be much nicer when it will be rebuild now with new frame and powder coating , i always hated the spraypainted frame cus it became dirty so fast ... still many idee's and part's i wonna add also like cnc rim's
Well done Zip!! your videos are great especially this one . it seems as most builders want to conceal their engine setups .keep posting content . very nice from pedro key west.
Such a interesting engine..and amazing too! Also, how in the living f did you manage that amount of power on pump gas... ,also how long does the engine run (in km approx.) & how much would power would you approx have if you went with nitro rc fuel? I'd have a 1000 more questions but i'm just impressed, keep it up,love the work!!!
thx , in the video it had 81km on the piston my mychron says , and its still perfect , i mostly change them every 5 hours just so i dont get damage , cus last time i killed a cilinder when the little ball came out of the ring groove , i think its also possible to make it maybe last longer , i found a special coating for all kind of internal engine part's its called DLC i emailed a ccompany to ask info and pricing , butt if i would have a piston in that stuff and pistonpin it would last pretty long , also better fuel would help probly 2 , the belts also go fast , i maybe will do some test's with special fuel type to see if i get more power , butt this engine is far from max power there's people who race engine's like this that produce 40+ hp
yeah would love to test more carbs , a friend is testing cnc smartcarb now , if it works on his engine maybe latter on il buy it 2 butt have to spend money on other part's first now
@@zipstunter i've had it in my hands last month at LMR stand at EICMA2019, the clutch looks interesting but i heard it broke under the power of the 200cc 2x100cc roost from swedish racing team
yeah i get some mixed info in the twin it did not hold up , but i also hear great stuff about it , butt it looks like you need to switch the stock springs and roller's for high hp setups , i see scootfast sells all the adjustment part's for it , butt i have a friend who will test it on a roost 100 engine and if he like's it and says it good , im gonna try his final setup on the clutch 2 should be pretty similar ... hes gonna test it in races , he said even stock he noticed it gripped very good and smooth
max rpm is 14300 rpm and it starts pulling hard from when clutch opens around 8000rpm ... roller weight is different for every scooter you just need to set it to where it makes most power on a blocked cvt dyno run
May you please so kind and measure the cylinder/engine case stud bolt distance from bolt center to bolt center? Is it 60x60mm? Really awesome videos and a very nice scoot by the way :-) Best regards
you have the most beautiful and fastest zip I've ever seen!!!

Hey man really love ur videos and work! Keep it up!
But does the zip really have 35hp?
thx , on the dyno i tested it had a peak of 35.3 and constant 34.5 runs , check out the dyno video ... butt every dyno is different off course ...
Test this with a lectron carburator, it lo be awesome! Love your channel bro!!

there's no need for lectron under 250cc 2stroke

really interested to know the roller's weight on that setup, and at which rpm range is the powerband?
