I remember when the Cadillac dealership had to remove the ornaments from their cars because kids would steal them and use them for bracelets and necklaces.
I still have manual crank windows. My truck also has the cigarette lighter, but I tossed the insert away and replaced it with a triple USB plug, which is in the original cigarette outlet.
My 2006 Ford F150 has manual windows which I prefer over electric windows since over time the windows motors can fail.It also has a cigarette lighter and ashtray. I use the cigarette lighter socket to plug in my dash camera. I keep a little change in ashtray. Wish that they could bring back automatic light dimmers. They need to do away with led headlights or design them so that they aren't so bright.
I loved the vent windows on my 91 Super Duty. The back window opened in the middle, and with it and the vent wkndows opened, it pretty much made the air go directly overbmy head and out the bck while driving. I think it felt better than the air conditioner did.
Aw, come on now. I remember a lot of these things. I owned a 1964 Dodge Dart and it had a push button transmission and I would rather have that then what is out there now.

Those automatic seatbelts frightened me. I couldn’t wait to get out of cars that had them.😮 I never felt secure in those things.
I had those in an 87 Escort I used for a paper route.
Getting in and out as often as I did, it annoyed the hell out of me.

A safety feature on modern cars is automatic headlights or automatic high-beams
Some cars in the 50s had automatic chokes.

Don’t cars still have seatbelt buzzers?
I find it hard to believe that there are places in the USA where there is no cellphone service. 😮
I don’t think that cars are anything more than the method of getting from point A to point B by way of point C.
