But a risk with makeup is that everyone has a different makeup style preference. Like the liner and gloss look I don’t like. Heavy lashes look. Sometimes people be doing the concealer and contour all wrong.

Sometimes I listen to people's negativity on relationships I get worried because I think that that's how my romantic experiences will be but then my mom gets mad and asks me why I would assume that my relationships will be like that because of someone else's experiences. This doesn't just apply to relationships don't let people's experiences deter you from making certain decisions.#movingin

I can so relate to this. My husband and I are about to reach out first year of being married next month (eeek!) But people always had "advice" to give us when we were engaged. Someone told me once though 'People are gonna tell you a lot of stuff. You choose what to apply and not to apply' and that got us through. So all the trash comments we got we just smiled, said thanks, and put em right where they belong 🗑️🗑️🗑️

Next month it’s me and my boyfriend 3rd year anniversary this the happiest I’ve ever been, I agree with not letting negative vibes come in contact with you and everyone being in your ear. I admire how you isi still stuck with josh after all he has been thru because my boyfriend has literally been thru the same things as josh, from not having a job to sleeping in his car n everything but I saw potential in him and still do. You all give me hope and inspire me❤️

People are going to do what they want to do at the end of the day. I stopped giving advice because 8/10 people would do the opposite . Everyone's a relationship therapist online and either don't have a relationship, a stable one, etc and project their miserable energy onto those who are good where they are. Not all relationships are the same and I honestly knew from jump that this is a couple that is more than UA-cam like they are definitely straight and understand what works for them etc. I love to see it and am so happy I found yall at the beginning of quarantine. Yall speaking the truth! I think it's important to def keep certain things to yourself and your S/O because outside energy can really cause the relationship to be imbalanced. Or even with getting advice, because of what you guys said, it's more so of projection. We're all different, with our own experiences and personal perspectives. So whatever someone does or doesnt do because you wouldnt do or would do.. leave it there and have respect for people and their decisions. The end. I'm def learning that part, because sometimes I feel like I cant gather my own feelings about something when other folk energy is there. Honestly you guys have opened my eyes a lot. Yall taught me what I did wrong in my relationship and what a healthy one looked like. I finally realized on my own some months ago (with yalls help as well), that I need to take care of me, my mental and any toxic energy from the past or wherever to love and be at peace with myself. I am so proud of yall and love you guys. You guys are like my family and I am beyond grateful to come across you both. Isi man I wish you were a cousin or blood relative because you would be my role model that I knew personally. I appreciate you for helping me understand and overcome a lot.

Honestly when I got serious about my relationship I eventually got off social media. That was just a sense of peace for us and our relationship turned into married. I’ve been with my husband for 18 years, out of the 18 years we’ve been married for 4 years. We took our time with things. Don’t let no one get in between y’all continue to keep that strong bond between you two. Y’all don’t owe no one any explanations for the decisions you two are making.

I felt you and Josh to the core when y'all said that EVERY body has an opinion on how your relationship should go, my husband and I grew up bestfriends from babies and been together since I was 18 and he was 20 and now we entering our 12th year of marriage with 4 children together and motherlovers STILL trying to put in their whole paycheck worth of advice on how our marriage should and shouldn't go. We politely tell them mind your business we doing what works for us not what works for you.

I can definitely relate to people trying to project stuff on your relationship. I’m currently in a long distance relationship cause my bf plays college basketball n every time I say we are long distance to people I feel they instantly turn their nose up to it n try to talk about how it never works and all this other stuff. And it always rubs me the wrong way it’s like what do you want me to do just throw away my year n half relationship because y’all think it’s not going to work since it didn’t work out good for you. So i feel like it drives me and my bf even more to prove these people wrong.

Not sure if my comment will be read, but my boyfriend and I of almost 3 years are having difficulties of transitioning into engagement. He's in his early 30s ..I in my late 20s We have discussed marriage on numerous occasions and are positive in our decision. We both are aware of what needs to happen to get to that space, but we both have other high priority things as well. My question is, how did you create a balance or level of importance of things to get to where you are today ?
Definitely good to have a thick skin when it comes to others putting their two cents in. And know that what they say isnt your truth. My husband and I was in a LDR for 5 years (onlu seeing each other once per year, it was tough to say the least) before we got married and then for another year after marriage before we could live together in the same country.... and we had A LOT of other people’s opinions!!!! And most were negative. And im so glad I did take other opinions to heart! now those people who said those negative comments are looking to us for relationship advice and saying we are an inspiration!! 😂😂 we are living our happy life with our two kids, not to say there challenges. But, we get through them together cause we know us!! You guys are doing amazing!
