Time to revisit the returns made by the funds recommended and new picks given the market ATH.

Actually a Fund of Fund like the one Pattu sir mentioned is Tax Advantageous if held for 3 years or more since cost of Inflation Index is applied and one actually end up paying lesser taxes compared to an equity mutual fund.

I think PPFAS should be treated like a PMS. That's how I look at it

SBI magnum global fund has lowest standard deviation 15.42, with investing in 38 mnc companies which is well diversified across market cap(large cap-43%, mid cap-50%, small cap-7%), also well diversified across sectors. it has expense ratio of 1.25% which i find is slightly higher. Though is classified as thematic mnc, but mnc companies are generally well professionally managed & promoter ji not keeping hand cash flows. you suggestions please

    Hi Sir
If someone has stopped ELSS SIP and wants to move its investment to different funds, should they do it as each sip is available for redemption or one should wait for the whole investment to become available for redemption?

HDFC Hybrid Equity and ICICI Equity & Debt funds are also decent picks from the volatality point of view I think

PPAFS LTE is a great fund but when comparing it's returns and volatility one should keep it mind that it's existing benchmark is flawed. It compares itself agains NSE 500 which is not representative of it's nature. Better index would be 75 percent Nifty 50 plus 25 percent MSCI world perhaps.

Equal investment in ICICI Prudential Nifty 50 Index fund, UTI Nifty Next 50 Index fund & Parag Parekh LTEF via SIP. Plus additional investment in the same funds on Market dips. Will this be good way to invest for 15 to 20 years?

1.can you please give your views on the volatility of DSP dynamic asset allocation? Any particular reason why you didn't consider it in this list? I know its quite new but you have covered it in your video based on the nfo backtest of the methodology.
    2. Will you still consider investing in dividend stocks hereon given the new budget taxation? Your views please.

I know you won't appreciate this , but I just want your thoughts on taking all equity investments out and invest 25% of them in gold ETF , and have remaining in cash. Until we create a medicine for choronovirus.
If virus start spreading indian market will down for sure at that time invest in same proportion what we hold now (gold price will roar if it happens).
If we invent medicine immediately, choronovirus doesn't affect our nation, then then also invest in the same proportion... Just a precautionary, what do you say?

I think as Indian we have much safe heaven than gold whose price can fluctuate overnight. Park your money in PPF , FDs RDs, bonds etc

    • @vimal1083

@@daydreamer7432 I am saying that 25 % investment in gold etf , not for safety. If the prior said things happens gold price will sky rocket.

@@vimal1083 I am not a trader so can't say about trading gold, what I can say is don't pull out all of your equity investments because you don't know what will happen tomorrow, Indian market is still holding up nicely against the virus until now.
