Thank you so much for these videos they help out so much! I’m currently in the midst of replacing the motor but I’m just concerned about the styrofoam padding. Is it okay to rip? What is it for exactly? Do I need to replace it if I do rip it?
So I’m almost done with my replacement … but I think I broke off the bracket that holds the window on the left side. (The holder that sits furthest away from the motor). Is that replaceable? Currently my window works now without it but I’m concerned if I even need it
@@robyllapitan7804 That bracket is part of the window regulator. The Bolt goes thru that and thru the glass. I can't imagine the window working without it. Send me a pic of what bracket you refer to.
@@PowerUpAuto I don’t know how to direct message on UA-cam But I just now uploaded a short on my channel , ua-cam.com/users/shortsYZ-ibO517fA?feature=share
Would this be a fix for the window not going up or down? I can hear the motor working but nothing happens. I can slide it up and down with my hand though.

Moisture/Sound barrier. Rip away, you can always use a bit of tape when you put it back

Yes, most likely the window regulator
