Hello everyone. This is a brilliant site. Any ideas where a capable DIYer might get some advice with my problem? 2013 Golf mk7 Hatch, DSG7 DQ200 Gearbox. Engine running at idle, no gears selected, no abnormal sounds from engine even when revved. Engine running at idle, R selected, slight rumble from bellhousing, reversing the vehicle is ok. Move selector to N, no abnormal sounds from engine, even when revved. Move selector to D, a strong clunk and a rumbling from the gearbox. D1 is displayed on screen. Subsequent selections from N to D vary, from the clunk, sometimes, and a gentle click other times, quite randomly. When the gentle click is encountered when shifting into D, the screen displays D2. Driving the vehicle :- Car will not progress beyond second gear (D2 displayed). Reverse works ok. It doesn’t sound like a clutch or Dual Mass Flywheel issue. This leaves the possibility of a faulty Mechatronic or gear shift fork damage. What do you think? Thank you.
Hey man. I have a dq200 7 speed my car isn't going into reverse and making a lot of noise only in reverse but in drive gear it's working smooth as butter can you give me some suggestions as the people at VW told me when they scanned the error was in mechatronic
@@mackayenmoodley8239 I got mine fixed, VW later said it wasn't the mechatronics but a fork lever broken in the gearbox so they quoted me 5000£ and I got it fixed for 500£
I originally had a pressure error in the mechatronics, so I repaired that with the kit, no there's no pressure problem but still getting harsh crunching into gear, I think I should check the forks like you did
The board housing is burned out due to the fact that there is an oil pressure leak in the hydraulic part of the mechatronic, which makes the pump run continuously, thereby overloading the board
Excellent job never seen some one can repair the machtronic unit
Hi , are you using ultra sonic soldering ? If i may what do you use?
hello, what kind of solder use you ? do you grind the shine part of the housing because my soldering don't stuck.. thank you
Hello, thanks for the video, is there any course you are selling where i can learn more?
Have a nice day
Hello. We don't sell courses, this is just a promotional video of our services
How could you solder it like that? Normal solder does not hold on these pads at all, since the material is probably aluminum?
is it okey if theres fluid inside of the tcm?

Why would you bother doing this , the replacement ecu are so cheap , just clone and off you go.
Hi, what do you mean "clone" ,
(reflash?)
Also is "cloning" done via obd port or directly on the mechatronic..?
Thanks!
