The Grand Canyon. I miss the beauty of the west. Lived in Colorado for 42 years and just moved to Florida this spring. Love it here so far but do miss the mountains and the views. I also love the access to stitching supplies here. Hoping to find some stitchy friends

Jan I love these “postcard videos”……short ditties of gorgeous places in our country…..the one where you were traveling to the PNW was a favorite as that has been my home stomping grounds since 1969 when I traveled here from California to go to college in Tacoma………I do remember driving by car to the Grand Canyon thinking I sure hope all the hype is worth the drive…..WOW!……it was so much more with all its glorious views……and took my breath away…..anxious to see and hear what designs come out of your travels……
I love the idea of “Postcard videos!” I need to incorporate in my titles somehow, if you’re okay with that? Thank you! And yes, I do have some ideas starting to formulate with all of these stops at the gorgeous places in our country!

On my bucket list to go back and stay longer and ride the mules down to the bottom and spend the night.
So gorgeous! When Karen and Brendan posted from the Grand Canyon last year, I said it looked like a great inspiration for a linen color.

Oh, yes, the Grand Canyon is always beautiful. No matter what time a day or year, or whatever, it's always beautiful.
Oh gosh and here I was thinking it was Niagara Falls. If you haven't, you must if time permits before or after London.
Call me crazy but last year I drove right by the exit on I40 to the Grand Canyon. Not going to do that again!
We have done Niagara Falls several times, so don’t know if we’ll stop this time, but we will be stopping at Hobby House Needleworks! Lol. And yeah, take the time, ALWAYS take the time, to stop and see these amazing places!
