Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook. Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com) According to chapter 1, there is only one M.2 slot which will be occupied by the 512 GB NVMe SSD. Chapter 5, page 33 has an illustration which shows the location of the single M.2 SSD. If you need more storage, you will need to replace the 512 GB SSD with one having a greater storage capacity. To get to the point, when i press the power button it wont turn on(but the power LED powers on for 3 to 4 seconds and stops and after another couple of seconds the laptop repeats the cycle) also after plugging the ac and turning it on both the power and ac LED blinks like i said before simultaneously. hi hpsupport, i want to install 8gb more ram but, when i want to remove the back cover(already removed screws) i cant fit anything between the back cover and the laptop to remove the cover. is there anything else i can use DIY to remove the back cover? and is it fine use a magnetic flat head screw driver to pry it open?
