Being a Brit, I liked the first clip best. The biker would have seen the warning triangle for the bend from 200 yards (meters) away - in plenty of time to scrub off speed , but chose not to do anything until it was too late. Read the road!

It means the driver cannot see you in front or in his mirrors, and HAS to turn his head, which means not looking where you go, so something most drivers do too little, to (maybe) see you. For all you know even turning his head, you are completely hidden by the black plastic thing that supports the roof and houses the seat belts. Maybe try driving a car every once in while to understand why we teach riders to not be in the blind spot. Which definitely IS a thing. -- Not saying to dis you, but in hopes of keeping you safe out there.
@@argrides8440 I do drive a car mate. Riding a motorcycle has made me a better driver. Perhaps car drivers should ride a motorcycle for a day, see how that improves things. I came from behind her if you actually bothered to read my comments properly, so there were several times if she was paying attention which you should be doing always because you are driving a 1 tonne death machine, she would have seen me in two sets of mirrors and when looking over before merging seeing me right there next to her. Too many drivers become complacent in there little soundproof box and they need to start being more aware. Like I said I have that responsibility to have my head on a swivel when riding. Drivers need to do the same. It shouldn’t solely be on me to make sure people dont drive into me everytime I ride. We all share the road we should all look out for each other.

@@owenbrau63 I agree with the first sentence, but the second is so not true. On all 4 corners of your roof and again in the middle, both on the right and left side, there are beams that connect the roof to the car that only superman can see through.

0:16 dude there is a thing called "Trail braking" maybe you should try it instead of using only your rear brake in the middle of a turn and locking up your rear wheel and eating crap and ruining a perfect motorcycle..... noobs never learn.
You can trail brake with the rear brake but it's of course less effective at higher speeds, so a combo of front and rear is good. At lower speeds you want to be using your rear though. Noobs + no ABS + a turn though you're right.
Thanks for the advice. This was my first accident and I know exactly what I did wrong. I was mainly on the front brake but the crest made me lose all braking. When I came back down the back end kicked out then caught its traction again. Thats what bucked me off. Live and learn and only cosmetic damage.
