Wow! Parang sinadya. Just came home today looking at a rental property I’m looking to buy. Tapos ito ung unang video na suggested sa akin pagbukas ko ng UA-cam. Kung matuloy it’s going to be my first. Pero dami ko pa kailangan alamin kasi I don’t know much about real estate but I know I want a rental property for passive income when I retire. 😅

Paano naman po mga nasa province? Kasi dito po, meron lang mga pre-selling, lot for sale na converted from agri to residential at mostly lupa lang talaga sya- bukid mismo po, bare finished units from subdivisions, foreclosed, and pasalo. Planning to start rental business but don’t know if ano ba ang mas okay sakanila 🫠
Bibili ba ng house and lot na bare finished, bibili ng lot then papatayuan ng apartment in the future, or bibili ng pre-selling? Send help po 😅
