As for 27in, Apple confirmed Yesterday to the Verge that there are no plans on making a 27in version with Apple Silicon, so thats officially dead in the water for good. 32 Inch is way too big, I hope they don't do that.
Great video! I’d like to see how hot the Macbook Pro gets in extreme use if that’s possible. And how fans sound then. But I think it’s difficult to reach in day to day use.
on paper the m3 pro chip shows up with the same bench marks as the m2 pro... so they didnt send out review units BUT being on the 3nm they str faster in real world use..... i ordered the m3 pro as well and cant wait to use the space black with the brighter display :)
I am honestly wondering if its worth it to get an iMac to use as a computer to write/work on your desk but ALSO to use it as an additional display (another screen) whenever I need to do some more intensive work -- meaning I will use my macbook pro M2 Pro and the iMac as another screen. Any thoughts?
I'm in the market for an iMac 27inch. 23,5 is just too small for me. Not going back under 27. Right now I own a MacBook Pro 13, 2019 and an Dell 27inch Monitor and need to replace the McBookPro. So I will wait another 1 or 2 years for a big iMac. I'm probably not the only person waiting for a big iMac. Seems like Apple does not want to sell Macs anymore.. to the average people.

Sheesh! The M3 iMac getting a Geekbench 6 multi-core score of 11,915!!! 3 years ago that would have been a $3,500 laptop. Now with 16 GB of RAM and Touch ID, that is only $1,549 pre-taxes. Definitely worth it for programmers that want to stay in the Apple ecosystem and work from home.

Other youtubers are getting a Geekbench 6 multi-core scores around 14,000 for the M3 Pro MBP version with 18GB of RAM.
