    Hi sorry if this has already been covered but have you heard of the block hours cap? If so do you know what the max hours are etc?

      Hi there, it varies from depot to depot and the time of year / how busy they / how many drivers are available and probably some other factors. Generally it seems to be around 20-24 hours per week (and I believe it's Tuesday - Tuesday but not 100% on that - if somebody else knows, feel free to let Alex M know 😀)

    Hello. My Amazon flex app looks different than what you showed here .. tried to re install it few times but all I could see is no work available and no menu on left hand side which you very well in this video. Your help will be appreciated.

      Hi there, it's hard to say without seeing what it looks like. Have you been accepted fully by Amazon Flex? I know that sometimes while you're waiting to be activated the app will look different in terms of menus available etc. Is the app updated to the latest version? You could always drop amazon flex support an email and maybe they can help you out amazonflex-support@amazon.co.uk

    How do you go about if you had to drive areas where there’s congestion charge (london areas), can you claim it back at the end of the year? Thank you.

      Not sure bud sorry, no such thing where I live so never come across this problem. To charge back costs like that on your tax you'd need to submit full itemised costs rather than the simple per mile claim (see my tax videos for more info)

    Hi...my app looks a little bit different from that and I cannot update my availability? Plus I've worked on the amazon flex program for 9 days and had regular blocks up until 2 days ago and nothing ? Could I have a cap on my hours ? Wednesday to Wednesday I worked 22 hours and from Wednesday this week to Friday I've worked 10 hours and now NO offers no matter how often I refresh ? Amazon flex support don't seem to know the answer?🤯 Anyone help ? TIA 😊

      The hours cap is a bit of a mystery and varies from depot to depot and time of year as far as I know unfortunately. Flex support rarely offer anything useful either.
      The app was updated recently and now looks different to this (typically not long after I made this update video haha). If you click on "Filter" near the top left you should be able to change your availability and the stations from which you'd like to work.

    What if you go over your time limit, say it's a three hour block and it take you three and a half hours due to traffic, do you lose any money

      You'd have to claim an adjustment through the app

    If you work upto your hourly cap ...and the offers stop,are they automatically refreshed when you can start a new week ? I've got no idea from what point they calculate the hours (day to day) My start day was last Wednesday and upto this Wednesday I worked 23.5 hrs and the work offers have stopped ??

      Hi mate, I *think* the hours cap runs Tuesday - Tuesday but I never get near it these days so not 100% sure on it. Maybe someone else who knows more about it might comment? I'm pretty sure they just reset though

      @@LeftoverVenison I appreciate the reply, it's weird that the support team have no clue what the cap is and whether it's the reason I'm not receiving any offers. I'm only trying to earn a little extra for Christmas and had last week off my usual job,so I got stuck in as the offers were coming thick and fast.Since Wednesday I've had zilch and like you say, you can't keep tapping refresh like a man possessed. I earn a good rating on the dash board and made no mistakes,but it looks too much agro if know one from " amazon support" can help

    Not worth doing, sending driver miles away for first drops, sending a lot of driver 20, 30, 40 miles away to the drop offs for 13 quid an hour, your on a loss
