Pitching is the MOST important part of the game after putting because it can really help a bad tee shot turn into a par and also convert a great shot into a birdie this is exactly how a student of mine, mid handicap student off mine stands to the golf ball when pitching & it made a HUGE difference they moved a set of tees back and dropped 6 shots on their scores from this one pitching hack! I Dropped 6 Shots and Moved Back a Set of Tees Because of this 6 Minute Golf Lesson
We will cover, how to hit the half shot in golf, what is the best ay to stand to a pitch shot, how to stand to a pitch shot, how to stop hitting thin and fat pitch shots, NEVER duff pitch shots again and how to get spin on pitch shots out on the golf course!

*This has to be the best way to stand and make a half swing! A key area to the game that will actually get your to lower your scores!*

Tried this method around the greens as well as out of the trees. Follow that it keep my shots straighter and felt what I have more control. Great Tipp. (South Australia)

Great tip. I tried it today (5/17/24) and I definitely was hitting my ball better when I did it correctly. Looking forward to more tips that will improve my game. I’m having trouble hitting my 8 and 9 irons decently.

Alex, I've been doing this for the past 2 years. I had trouble standing up through my shots and thinning them to the right, (Shank). It really works!! When I saw your tutorial on this, I was elated that someone else has picked up on it. Here I thought I was the only one. Love it..

Hey Alex. Love the tips. I see lots of tips on hitting driver to wedges but not many on putting. Considering that's the club you you use on every hole and the club you can gain the most strokes on, can you do some videos with putting tips? Thanks and keep up the awesome tips. Cheers

For partial shots I currently use the clock face technique, inconsistently. This method seems so much more repeatable. Thanks the great "cheat code".

Tried my interpretation of this today. I had trouble with the 50-100m shots (pushing right) but my chipping with this setup was fantastic. Thx😊

How’s it going Alex? I have a question about my long irons 6 & down. What is the best way to set up to the ball to not chunk my long irons and get great contact with the ball? Things like ball position, distance from ball and weight shifting?

I'm going to put a challenge to you. I'm a 3 year golfer. Struggling. There is a MAJOR KEY CONCEPT to the game that I çan not find a tutorial.
It's the weight transition of the club head through impact. When it is done right, you will feel a flip like transition. It is so important to be relaxed.
I think all the guru youby touby coaches out there have forgotten about this.
I am looking for a tutorial. The challenge is now given to you.
Right now, I'm trying weight configurations so I can feel the club head. For so many
    clubs. No club head feel.

On the short pitch & chip shots, I turn both of my feet 30-45 degrees towards the target, not just my trail foot as demonstrated in this tip. Also to ensure more weight on my lead foot, I raise my heel slightly off the ground on my trail foot! ⛳️

Great advice as always. Can you help with a routine to set up for iron shots? I am a massive over thinker and would like to have a routine. I follow all your driving tips and its been phenomenal for my game, i have less confidence with my irons... I'm too inconsistent and want to centre strike better but just need a simple routine... please help!!! Thank you

Good idea but I like Dan Grieve’s A1-A3 system for short wedges. It’s similar and VERY easy and consistent. Not the same as his 3 release system.

Spring is here, the grass is growing like weeds, and the rough is 4-6 inches DEEP
    🌱🌱🌱😳
How the h__l do I hit out of this stuff, when none of the ball is visible above the grass? 😩
    Help!

You stop trying to hit hero shots off the tee and don't go in the rough in the first place...
You aren't swinging out of 6" tall fescue... punch it out to the green and take your medicine...

My big miss off the tee is a BLOCK to the right
    … NOT a slice, but,…
I only hit 40% fairways, and 40% in the right rough. Often, not far off the fairway, but one yard into the rough is as penal as twenty feet right.
It’s mostly a problem with my DRIVER, but I occasionally block my fairway wood to the right, a hybrid, an iron, and sometimes even a wedge.
A block is an inside-out path (that’s good, right?) and face square to the path (thus, open to my target line). Is that correct?
    What causes the BLOCK?
… and more importantly, how to I keep my driver in the short grass?
This game is so much easier when you play out of the fairway ⛳️🏌️‍♂️
