Hunter fans have a triangle shaped ball at the top, so their proprietary mount bracket must face a certain direction, and based on reviews lots of folks can't use them.

So I purchased a new ceiling fan for my sloped kitchen ceiling. After installing, there was a wobble, and I was told that the ceiling fan wasn't compatible with a sloped ceiling, even though it does use a drop rod...what you say conflicts that. What's your take on this?

Try it with a Honeywell on a 45....uhhih

I don’t believe the hardware you demonstrated with will accommodate up to 38. I’m guessing closer to 20.
