  • Butterfly Guard Pass Using Underhook To Force Half Guard //
Butterfly guard has always been one of my favorite guards to play and because of this I believe that my butterfly guard passing has improved. Learn to take everything that the bottom player needs away from them and use this butterfly guard pass to your advantage. Force your opponent out of butterfly and into the half guard with your underhook, landing yourself in a very advantageous guard pass position. //

Is this easier to do in the gi? Since the back grip seems to make it easier to put his back on the floor.
