      But he doesn’t explain how to play the powerchords and that’s anoying because there are no where on youtube people who can explain good what powerchords are he says “ok play (insert here the string) powerchord like this” and blocks everything with his hands

    Hi Carl. All your lessons are awesome. However they would be 10% better if you started the lesson by stating the key of the song. This would also be much appreciated when you are doing your famous guitar solos. Just shortly say which scales are used in this lesson

    Thanks so much for this lesson. I've been slowly learning guitar for just over a year now. I'm at the stage where I need to start learning songs, and I chose this one as I just love AC/DC. On the 2nd ending to the intro riff I'm finding that the string I'm not hitting is still ringing out, e.g. I've just hit fret 2 string 5 (B) and then fret 4 string 6 (G#/Ab) I think this might be due to my finger pulling off . Can you give any advice as to what I might be doing wrong here and how to fix it. Many thanks dude!

    • @coconutcrispy83
      @coconutcrispy83 8 років тому +7

      This is what I do. The tone is obviously a bit flatter on that one note but the difference is so minor, especially when playing with a band. The benefit is that you don't have to stretch your fingers and you're more likely to actually hit the right notes, which I feel is more important.
      That being said, it's a nice little riff to practice your stretching, which is a valuable skill.
