I bought this very old coffee grinder in my local antique shop for 200 bucks because i thought it was very cool and would look really nice in my kitchen after some restoration work.
I really went all in on this one and gave it the look i wanted, black / gold.
Many hours of work on this one and it works really good.

Wow dude. Best complete and classiest restoration I’ve seen on UA-cam in years. Love the black and gold theme. Others paint them with funky pastel colors and only do half assed cosmetic restoration. Good job.

I’ve restored a few of these #7’s but not to the extent you have. I left many of the casting flaws intact because I felt they added to the originality of the piece and I repainted using original red, blue and gold scheme. Decal sets are available (for approx. $75.00) if you want to bring back to “as built” appearance. In a copy of a 1904 Enterprise catalog I have, it shows the original selling price of $11.00, which amazes me! Great job on your restoration!

It’s just an old kitchen cabinet with 2 different filters and a powerful fan. 😊

An absolutely beautiful restoration Jocke! 🍻 My only question... why did you not restore it to the original colour of blue? The high gloss black certainly looks modern and chic, but I feel that returning this piece to it's original colours would've been a more appropriate decision. - Dave

First of, I understand and respect your opinion but the simple answer is that I don’t like the original colors.
But I love the combination of high gloss black and brass and it fits in perfectly in our kitchen where the grinder now has the best spot. 😊

Why on god's green earth did you put that white knob on top? After all that specific effort you put into uniformity. Why didn't you make a wooden one, or a black one, that goes with everything else? 😭 I really want to know what you were thinking.
