A Collector's Guide to acquiring 1/64 scale Race Cars from Mini GT, Sparky and Tarmac Works.

This is a video dedicated to the 1/64 collector of GT3, GT4, and Prototype race cars. There are (3) manufacturers that specialize in these diecast cars at this scale. They are: Mini GT, Sparky, and Tarmac Works. The models that they sell are highly detailed replicars of the real race cars with authentic liveries and licensing. Mini GT provide great cars in 10-15.00 USD price range and collector's boxes as well. Sparky diecast cars include a vast collection of GT3 and Prototype's for 15-20.00 USD. All Sparky cars come attached to a cleverly designed base and others include acrylic jewel covers as well. Tarmac Works are the top of the line with the most detailed cars in the 1/64 scale. All Tarmac Works diecast come with clever boxes, astounding bases, and jewel covers. Some Tarmac Works models come with shipping crates instead of a jewel box. These amazing cars are pricey at 25-35.00 USD. I think they are worth every penny.

Thanks for watching. I Too collect many mote 1/43 scale. In fact I dont even collect 1/64 at all anymore. Spark make phenomenal 1/43 race cars. Check out my 1/43 videos. Let me know what you think .

I dont personally like sparky because they rely a lot on stickers as opposed to painted details, i have that same nissan gtr gt3 that you showed from sparky and a few stickers on the bottom sides are peeling off for no rhyme or reason :\.

0:03 agreed. Too many quality control isues on both Sparky and even worse on mini gt. I collect much more 1/43 scale, mostly Spark and have very few issues. I will do indivdual videos of many of my cars and will illustrate the issues ive had.

@@markzebr6463 Mi miniGT's have been flawless to be honest, i have not had a single quality issue, granted i only have about 30 or so.

@@machucast I have only about 10 Mini GT. Two have had broken mirrors and one they forgot to paint one of the vents ( ill show in my next videos ). Could just be bad luck but even so , with a small sample that is a lot. Spark, decal problems and rear tail lights that are painted. Tarmac Works have ben flawless. I will admit that I stopped collecting 1/64 about 6 months ago as I have been focusing on 1/43.
