good video keep it up Ive never used a pull cord fan isolater nice to know could get me out of trouble if the loft is boarded and limited access, you got lucky not having to core the wall
How are you going to stop condensation forming in flexible pipe from warm moist air in bathroom flowing through a cold loft?
Hi Stephen, thanks for your question! By keeping the duct as short as possible in the loft will help reduce this common problem but also by adding a layer of insulation over the duct will also help this. In this particular video the building contractor I was subbing for had to core out the hole for the vent out and also provide some form of insulation to prevent moisture build up from the cold air in the loft. I try to avoid touching the stuff where possible!

Does anyone know if you can get an inline fan to go in the loft that has a humidistat? I assume the humidity sensor would need to be integrated into the internal grill in the bathroom rather than into the fan unit itself.
