Hi Steve, thanks for hanging out.
I haven't tried the right metal yet, I tried to get my hands on a second hand one a few months ago but the asking price was a little high. It's still on my wish list. Hopefully I can borrow one from a friend and give it a good drive on this channel for everyone one day.

TC seems to have nice algorithms. I have Skysurfer Reverb and it's cool for the prices too.

I have this pedal and like it, great bang for the buck. I run it through the effects loop of a Marshall DSL.

    Hi, great pedal!
Do you think it could have a nice sound on an ibanez 10watt amplifier? and sorry if I insist 😅, could I play deathcore with this?

      Hi Francesco,
      What speakers are you using?
This pedal seems pretty versatile, and for it's cheap price it is worth trying out. No reason why you couldn't get it sounding Deathcore'y

      @@metalprognosis aaaaaa thanks😁
I don't use any speakers hahahahah just the amplifier.
I was looking for a cheap pedal that had a fairly strong sound and I think this is for me.

@@francescomaiello1796 yes you can get a really good and decent sound with that pedal and your amp of 10 watts but try to update your gear and get maybe a better amp

I've thought about getting this so that i could boost my solid state amplifiers, as well. From what i understand, this pedal is apparently a clone of the Metal Zone, so what i've been curious about is using it in front of my solid state amps in the scooped setting with the gain at zero, the volume dimed, the bass turned way down going straight in, and the treble to taste depending on what kind of pickups i play through.

That could be interesting using it purely as a boost pedal. As a distortion pedal, it isn't too bad, specially for it's price. The tc electronic spark boost pedal is very rad.

@@metalprognosis i've watched some videos on it, and apparantly to use it as a boost setting it to the fat switch with those setting i mentioned earlier will give you that Crowbar kind of sound where your signal isn't completely colored but sounds much tighter.
The scoop on the other hand i found to be most interesting out of all of them. Turns out if you kill the bass on the scooped setting and adjust your treble to taste, you get a lot closer to a Boss HM-2 but with more flexibility.

Best distortion on the market even better that boss metalcore and if you turn down the volume about halfway there's not that much hiss turn up you volume in the amp and don't turn up the volume too loud on the pedal.

Thanks for the note. Next time I try it I'll keep the volume on the pedal down.

Bocs magyarul írok, nem vagyok valami jó angolból. Nagyon jól játszol és brutál jó cuccaid vannak. Tényleg le a kalappal. Amit én észrevettem, hogy hamis a gitár egy kicsit. bocsi

Thank you for watching raspyton. What do you mean by the guitars sorry? Are they out of sync with the audio?
