Don't shorten videos please. I get so into watching I can't stop. Someone wants it shorter they can fast forward.

That is what I ended up going with. ... It seemed to be the general consensus. 🌸😉 I'm not sure if in your painting you are just using dotting tools or just using brushes but I did separate playlists for each of those as well if that makes it easier for you to find the rest of my videos.

Thank you. There is something more earthy with the natural stone connection. I understand not everyone can get natural and I do like the molds...but I have been pai t real stones since I was 5 years old. I love it. So grounding...if that makes sense💗💗😉

Just discovered you and please do not shorten your videos...if people need it to be shorter then they can fast forward,,,,I am a senior and it seems a wonderful venue for me to make some unique gifts for people that will bring me great pleasure to do, and not cost the world while I learn,,,,thanks to your detailed teachings I am creating and it feels wonderful! I find myself looking for designs and colour combos that with a bit of tweaking I can make my own.
Thank you for your time, and know that you do inspire a lot of 'closet artists' to come out and play..., hopefully bringing joy to those we gift....Bless you🙏💖👍

I am newer and appreciate your info plus as I have mentioned in another comment, focusing on what you are doing plus the relaxing tone of your voice are now my go to for trying to relax my anxiety, depression, chronic pain and PTSD. Your very talented and I've watched your shorter videos and I have to go back and watch several times to keep up with your work and I have the same thought process as you trying to make decisions on what to do next.. your voice is so soothing and calms me instead of me panicking over what to do next and you give great advice and inspires me! So I do enjoy the short videos but I find the longer ones the best to sit down and enjoy painting with you more than anything! I hope my input helps... dont let UA-cam to pressure you... your fans that are serious about this craft will be watching as you we enjoy your work. Very pretty ...it is rich ...maybe I have too much time on my hands but I will probably watch a 2nd time after gathering the supplies and letting the black heart dry and paint along on the next watch...sometimes on shorter how tos I find myself rushing which does defeat the purpose ...in my opinion ...of creating art to begin with although I always learn something ...it is more of a share to paint along for me. And my chihuahua Soco is snoring under my chair lol ...Beautiful heart thanks for sharing !

Watching this Christmas Day 2020. New subscriber. I love the way you video. Some people like sped up and some like regular like this.
Your voice is soothing. And it’s good to show how you dot. Even the basics of how you cut the heart. Some people don’t know that.
For me, when I see this black heart, my first instinct would be to dot from the outside in. I do dot wooden crosses that way. It’s difficult because there’s no pattern.

I love the fact that you take your time. It’s much easier to see exactly how you are making your fabulous designs. I wouldn’t change anything. I love the way you explain what you are doing and why. Keep up the good work. I have learned a lot from you 😊

    Hi -
I'm new to dotting. Haven't created a piece yet, still practicing/learning daily tho. I love to watch your tutorials, in their entirety, Miranda. You have real talent/creativity & I'm learning so much. I've painted along with you several times & I get better each time. Thank you for sharing your talent & your love of art. Your pieces are gorgeous, I have so many favorites!
Thank you again. Keep up the good work!

Love your way of teaching, our days are in the high 80's now so dotting will be on my agenda with paint drying slower. Have been collecting rocks so when cool weather hits will be ready to spend lots of time at this. Hobby Lobby just put all of their acrylics on sale at 30% off....I really like Anita's brand it is so creamy and only 77 cents a bottle regular price.

I enjoy listening to you walk through your process and especially appreciate the time you take to explain your methods. If this is how you enjoy making your videos - then I suggest sticking to what works for you, most of us seem to like your style as it is. :) By the way, this is going to be my next project, thanks for showing how you did it.

Thank you so much! They are a beatiful fall color pallete. Decoart has such a great selection. ....but no matter what paint you use...you will want a protective clear coat. They have that in matte if that is your choice :)

Just watched the video AFTER attempting my first mandala stones with my girls (10&11). We watched this video last night and were inspired to give it another go! If it turns out well, we will let you know (first attempts pre-video viewing turned out - meh - but we didn't know what we were doing!). Thank you for posting! I bought the brush from the link.

I really like your videos, I always watch your videos to the end. It is nice to settle down after a long day and just watch someone take the time to show their skills. It’s time out plus we get to learn new techniques, (the swipe or swish for example) fully explained.
Thank you for sharing your skills, it’s much appreciated 😀

Beautiful love all your videos and thank you for the tips on what I can use for dotting tools which I was about ready to give up by now on trying to find them seems none of the craft stores in my area even know what I am talking about when I ask the help there

    • @MirandaPitrone
      @MirandaPitrone  5 років тому +1

Awww...that sounds frustrating. I am so glad you found this helpful. Etsy and Amazon have helpful items for dotting as well. And you want your paint to be a bit fluid..like cake batter. Water based acrylics and not heavy body paints will work best.Feel free to ask more questions. Also there are many Facebook groups that are all about dotting...you could check those out
