This Katiba has pave way for a charimatic man Ruto to contest presidential election courageouly, fimly, and enventualy won it fairly and trasparently as the whole tallying exercise was done and shown by the Independent Electral and Borders Commission (IEBC) Surely democracy has now starts penetrating its root so well. Franky speaking Mr President it is our duty bound and your entire new democratic administration to make sure democracy must prevail in entire polical sphere in you country in order to build peace and tranquility thoroughout Kenya and let turmoil be an history of the past. Meanwhile, I would like to congratulate Supreme court of Kenya for the job well done from hearing the petition and giving the right judgement.Congratulation Madam Chief Justice Matha Koome and the six Judges you team up together in that duty. Also my congratulation go to former Chief Justice of Kenya Hon.Benard Maraga for stood firm in safeguard judicial independence during his tenure in office. Now let the jodicial systems around Africa try to borrow a leaf from jodiciary in Kenya in order to restore confidence to the general public on how courts operate and supervise justice in their respective countries as rule of law is concern to each country on the continet.
