As someone who’s never played yakuza before this looks like the most high budget highschool Japanese class project I’ve ever seen I’m absolutely enamored
The Yakuza games are a weird mix of serious drama and plot combined with goofy side attractions and side stories. Karaoke happens to be one of those things. It is glorious for doing that.
That sounds awesome, I have very peripheral knowledge from a friend of mine who is playing through all the games right now. He plays yakuza while I play Kirby and we send each other memes and stuff, especially ones that cross yakuza and Kirby, highly recommend finding a wildly different gaming buddy
@@snowsetdeer6192 what he said. Yakuza is a serious Japanese crime drama, but the drama takes place in a goofy, over-the-top Japanese nightlife simulator. Hence, the game's main story is serious and dramatic as they come, but the side content, well... This video is the prime example.
Also neat thing to note. The real life yakuza like the yakuza games, AND say they're actually pretty accurate. SO IN OTHER WORDS! the yakuza absolutely bust the mic on karaoke night with bangers!
