That's pretty amazing that the baby macaque was fascinated with you and hanging on your leg. I can't imagine that, that happens very often. At the end, the baby was hanging on your leg and staring up at you as if fascinated and in awe. And the little noises the baby kept making as if he/she were talking to you. I guess baby found a kindred spirit in you. Very awesome.
Omg that is way to precious!!! that poor baby did NOT want you to leave without him... haha he must have gotten attached to you pretty fast!! that's the cutest thing I have ever seen!!!!
@jenntegt haha, yea, not the best plan. Actually the one that came running over was the father. The males have canines, making them way scarier when they open their mouth.
Well, it probably wasnt the father as they do not know which offspring are theirs and therefore do not usually protect infants..it may have been an older sibling..brother.
@@dr.donnawalter4380 yea, exactly, the conservationists sell you the bags of food, you're only allowed to feed them inside the cage. they get too aggressive if you feed outside the cage. its like a reverse zoo situation.

Aww. It's cute how the parents were guarding the baby as he was playing with you
Aw! That was so cute!
You can so long as you are in the building with the fencing. You can buy pre-made bags with nuts and fruit when you get there! Its awesome!
Great video - I enjoyed watching it. I was just in Kyoto recently. Never had a chance to get to this park though. It looks like it was fun though.
Awwwwww~!
The baby monkey likes you! 8D
That's cute and a bit nerve wrecking with the older monkeys nearby
soooo cuuuuute!
Great vid! The baby monkey was getting emotionally attached!

Very cute, but really? You try to WALK AWAY. Sure, mama monkey is totally going to be fine with you walking away with her baby.

cool, I didn't think of that
About the monkey not wanting the peel. I was feeding one and every time i had a piece of dried fruit it gently flipped my hand over. Wild!
@brodeelo: Are you allowed to feed them with chocolates an any other sweets?
K-On season 2 episode 4 bought me here xD
Ohh okay. It's just a little confusing b/c of your first comment. But yeah I'd love to go again. Japan was very cool. : )
Don't feed monkeys! You are not allowed to do that!!
Ito Y - If the park is selling bags with nuts and fruit, I suppose to use to feed the monkeys, then why not?
