I found your videos while going through withdrawal. It made me feel safe & gave me HOPE. I had never experienced it before or known many people who had. And to be honest couldn't find much on it when I looked- I loved your videos because they were honest. And they didn't just say what happens when you come out the other side- you cover using, withdrawal, and coming back to life. You are priceless Ryan. Thank you. 4 months clean & I'm still watching your videos. Reminding myself of the danger the pills did to me, my family, & the war of withdrawal helps me to stay living with the living. ;)

I’m entering methadone withdrawal and while it sounds like he was talking more about short-acting opioids, these videos are helping me psyche myself up. I’m so sorry to hear he passed. Wish you were still making videos, friend. Thank you for all of the ones you shared with us!

I think it's also important to also shower/bath on at least an every other day basis if not EVERY day. I'm all in favor of laying in the rack and taking it as easy as possible, but, I find that when I haven't bathed in a couple of days, I feel worse and feel worse about myself. As soon as I shower or bath and "get clean", I'm in a much better place, mentally.

Your statement about realizing that at some point, people who get clean may never want to see your face again is another example of your SELFLESSNESS in your mission to help others. You’re not doing this for fame, recognition or accolades. You do this for 1 reason: to HELP. But seeing your videos is a reminder for some, of the first moment they came across your Channel and you let them know that they are not alone...and this “Ryan guy” ‘knows exactly what I’m going through.’ That moment you connect with the viewers can never be forgotten.

The temperature change was awful, everything about withdrawal is awful...but the cold sweats and RLS was the worst for me personally.

Another EXCELLENT video, Ryan. I'm getting myself psyched to continue to get off & away from opiates. You have a really good vibe about yourself and I'm enjoying listening. I will write an email soon just so you'll know my story (it's a long one).. Thank you again for taking your time making and posting these really good, down to earth, videos.
