It's pretty rad seeing someone launching (and landing) airs off sections that have generally been considered impossible for anyone but bodyboarders, like the end bowl at North Point (13:00 in). This guy kills it, most impressive air game I've ever seen. Though I have to imagine he breaks a LOT of boards.

not true wct surfers land airs like these in contests with a 30 minute span and this probably had clips from many sessions go watch a heat with filipe and john john and they will land huge airs many times in just one heat

gosh, the surfing and camera work were amazing but the sloppy editing and old film effect is getting really old. Honestly made it hard to watch. insane clips in there tho!
Ben Doughty most of the edit was in HD, the old film effect was only on B-roll. We watching the same video?
4:30 to 7:30 had the cheesy film effect so like 3 full minutes
ryan rowe 3 minutes out of a 15 and a half minute edit is not enough to complain about, that's all I'm saying
also forgot to mention how annoying the songs were... Perhaps the 3 minutes of the film effect isn't enough to bother you but it bothered me. I have seen it in a lot of recent edits.. it's trending. I'm not stating facts, just my opinion.
Would have loved to see that Pipe section. The old effects are not reminiscent to those of us that had to suffer through shit footy.
