Guys those of you who have oily sensitive and acne prone skin please do not try this! Idk why she would put up such horrible ‘totkay’ on her channel. Baking soda is basic and our skin is naturally a little acidic it will strip the skin of it’s natural oils etc. St. Ives scrubs are harsh already and then mixing lemon and baking soda with it😰 didn’t expect such a poor thing from you💔

Please don’t use this method , I used it today , it’s a trap , my skin is too oily I never ever had any allergic reaction on my face , my skin is not even sensitive but still I got allergic reaction on my cheecks I wish could show you people picture , they are sort of burnt because of soda . Baqi as you people wish .

This can be extremely irritating for the skin. Lemon as well as baking soda both are really harsh to be directly applied on the skin. If you have acne or active pimples this can inflame it more. So be very cautious during such problems. You might make your skin sensitive leading to more pimples.
Just use a salicylic acid cleanser two times a day and apply a light gel based moisturizer & try to use fragrance free products. If you do want to use home remedies than just apply honey mask which is very beneficial.

All anti bacterial and acne products makes your skin dry that’s why you need to moisture your skin extra with a light weight moisturizer
Even priscription acne drugs makes you dry like dessert so soda does the same thing it has more or less same properties. But never leave your mask beyond recommended time donot let mask dry on your skin because when it s start drying that means it’s absorbing your skin moisture now . I hope it will help.
