I went to the NYC show (the show on the day that this was filmed) and the most beautiful thing happened. One person walked around the line to get in with this giant basket of purple ribbons and safety pins. They walked around and asked EVERYONE "Ribbon for Techno? Ribbon for Techno?" I thought I was going to cry, it was so amazing. The whole crowd was so kind. People waving when you see someone in the same merch or offering to take pictures in front of the poster, even singing songs during intermission. It was an amazing experience.
As someone who has had Testicular Torsion (and unfortunately lost a testicle), it sucks. The night I found out, I could not sleep, no matter what position I slept in, I felt excruciating pain. I know people are going to ask why didn't I go to the doctor, well that's because I didn't feel anything until I went to sleep. I woke up, went to the hospital, got the results and it turned out that my left testicle was dead and needed to be removed. I was so scared, and the doctors could tell, so I asked my mom who then asked my dad to get my childhood stuffed animal and since one person was allowed in since it was 2020 and covid was around my dad went and got it and brought it to my mom who then gave it to me. And the doctors allowed me to bring it in to the OR since it helped me calm down. There's my story.

1:01:47 you know there's actually a thing called "Sad clown paradox" where despite someone doing comedy and being funny, on the inside they're sad and depressed. There's also a joke about this. The joke involves a doctor recommending his depressed patient to visit a great clown in town, but it turns out that the patient is actually the clown out of costume. It's really easy to assume that comedians are happy and upbeat, because they tell jokes that make other people happy. But it's not always true, which is pretty ironic.
I thought this was more commonly known, but it's probably just aware to me because I'm friends with some UA-camrs (who some are comedians and others in the film industry), but people who spend a lot of their time on a stage and are very performative are more often than not heavily introverted and sometimes even depressed. I had a Bilateral Orchidopexy for Testicular Torsion back in June. I was working at ny desk when it felt like someone had slowly grabbed my left testicle and started twisting and squeezing it, and i found my whole body contorting as if i was trying to move with this invisible hand, to alleviate the pain. Then boom, explosion of pain. Ive been to hospital three times for panic attacks that i thought were heart attacks, so i was terrified of going only for them to say it was nothing, but after an hour it wouldnt let up and painkillers hadnt worked. Went in, they immediately gave me liquid morphine, sent me in an ambulance to a bigger hospital with a urology department, had me on the operating table within 4 hours of me first calling. Just like this guy, by the time i got to the 2nd hospital it wasnt in so much pain and i wanted to go home but they said it had probably untwisted but was likely to twist again. I'm 32 years old, they said i was the oldest patient they'd had with this. It usually happens to young boys or teenagers, its a case of "when, not if" for people with the prerequisites. It's really statustically unlikely that i went this long in life without it happening. The worst part though was the recovery. I was out of hosptal the next day, but the discomfort was profound and it feels so gnarly and in such a personal place. 1 stitch came undone and all the blood that built up inside the testicle frome the surgery just spewed out over 2 or 3 days, it got so bad i had to wear sanitary pads in my underwear as i kept ruining my boxers and bed sheets.
Tommy is so calm here, I honestly love this. He actually doesn’t seem like a 17yr old, I love this. Edit: I KNOW HES AN ADULT- he just acts like a 17yr old in his videos, his energy is entirely different in the video.

Tommy is hilarious. I'm not really a podcast type but I love the guests you take on and how you lead the podcasts Dr. Mike!
Miss you technoblade 1:12 😭😿
I have had many surgeries and I would love to do an interview with you. I love watching your channel and seeing how genuine and funny you are.
Mike: “You told me the best advice you got was from Logan Paul”
Tommy: “Yeah, but not about testicles!”
That made me cackle 😂😂😂
Hearing that Tommy was a theatre kid makes so much sense it makes me wonder why I never thought of that before
Out of all the ppl to collab with I never expected Tommy all the way out here!
18:18 "why did the gasoline" BRO ITS A METAPHORE
Such a great series i love these videos where he asks random youtubers about so many questions absolutely fascinating!

This isn’t what I was expecting today. But doctor Mike and Tommyinnit is a group of people I didnt know I needed but I love
It feels so nostalgic and like just peaceful and ig jst kinda really makes me happy hearing about how so many of the people I watched growing up, including Tommy, are speaking up, sharing their experiences and finally finding themselves, growing and just actually enjoying life and finding their calling and doing what they love. It gives a sense of hope for me and my future

Good luck with your exam!
Is your bio exam about balls? If so, you’ll ace it.

I would love to have a sit down chat with Dr Mike! He seems to genuinely care and listen. I have a few major health issues and having his insight would be so comforting!

Not doctor Mike making twist puns not even 30 seconds in 😂
I saw the notification for the video so I clicked on it and the first face I saw was Dr. Mike and I was so confused at first😂😂😂😂
The fact that they both just brushed off the earthquake so calmly and continued is just so funny
The Collab we didn't knew we needed
Im already loosing it at "Shall we evacuate?" Says the doctor. AND DOESNT EVACUATE 😂😂
I mean the alert did say REMAIN INDOORS
How can something be so serious and yet so unserious at the same time
Why does this feel like a dad and his son talking about bird & bees?
“Life, testicles, life, testicles”
“Are you on drugs?!”
Best interection
Tommy is so calm here, I honestly love this. He actually doesn’t seem like a 17yr old, I love this.
Edit: I KNOW HES AN ADULT- he just acts like a 17yr old in his videos, his energy is entirely different in the video.
He’s almost 20
i have the same birthday as him, he is 20
