My Dem friends say “there wasn’t time to pull a primary together” - but isn’t that because they were in denial about JB’s fitness to run and debate? They must have known long before the first debate what state their candidate was in and how quickly he was declining. In this Marianne is correct - they bypassed the process and it cost them the trust of the people and their best candidate. This elitism is what we have wanted to root out - the people want reform - getting corp money out of politics, repeal Citizens United and eliminate the electoral college - two big steps to bring the power back to the people. Give the candidates the same budget and the same air time to get their points across and let the people decide. Who is going to bring the reform we need? I think the people have been so frustrated by the elite bs on both sides for so long, they decided to blow the system up and let the chips fall. My theory is that DT is the personification of the contempt and outrage of the US public towards those who have been gerrymandering and addicted to their own power - silencing them for so long. Both parties have effectively imploded over the past decade. No one appreciates being coerced into registering to vote because a candidate is so unqualified - they want to be part of a system that actually has integrity! It’s not the fault of the people - sending a Trojan horse to the WH was their only real option.
She stood with and for the people and ran on the working people's agenda. There have been wonderful presidential candidates in modern history, but there is no denying that Marianne's candidacy was by far the most significant in many ways. Her profound love and compassion for the people were evident at every campaign event, and the people felt it. As a person of conscience, her integrity, ethics, morals, dedication to creating a just governing system, etc., make her a rare phenomenon in modern day politics. And what the establishment democrats did during her 2024 candidacy is beyond heart-breaking. I am still taken aback by it all. This is heart-breaking on an unspeakable level. Despite it all, she endured and emerged with grace. She is the voice of our better angels, collectively.❣❣

A third party run can happen with all the right ingredients. And we’ve been handed some of them. Both of the main parties are going right. We’ve got 4 years to fundraise, but we need to name our candidate early. Starting small isn’t fast enough. It needs to be National, and Bernie is the only politician who could birth a new party. He won’t lead it, but he will mentor it.
I adore this woman. Not letting her into the democratic primary, and shutting all candidates out effectively suppressing democracy in the name of “saving democracy” resulted in 2 of the most hollow uninspiring candidates in history and their eventual loss to Trump.

Interesting interview and straight to the point. All of us should examine where are we, really? What does it mean to be actually represented and seen by politicians and parties? What's missing? If we can't find the answer to that, we need to mobilize now, not in 4 years. Things that will keep the system the same way forever: 1) DNC; 2) electoral college votes; 3) swing states; 4) we need to rebuild and rebrand the Democratic party, or it will cease to exist, without a responsible substitute that can cater to today's diverse population of the U.S. All of this is possible. I am living proof of it. Puerto Rico🇵🇷, for the first time, elected a candidate from a party that has only achieved an average of 3% of the voters, compared to now, 40%. This was because 2 parties sat down, put aside their egos, and had a plan of breaking the 2 parties that have always ran the country. There are a lot if irregularities and problems with the usual voter fraud, but despite that, PR is maturing. You have to give up your ego and work as a team to address fundamental and basic needs of the people. The status of the island is important, but there are so many urgent matters that need to be resolved first, so that PR can still be a Puerto Rico with Puerto Ricans. This is a process. I probably won't see the change I envision in my lifetime, but we are the beginning of a different way that is actually possible and achievable. Take note, America, and other countries. Just take a look at how many celebrities fully endorsed the Alianza even if it meant they would be black listed by the opposition. America has to be represented as it is today, not as some would pretend it is. And we all have to get there by still using the old rules of the game, old fashioned politics that need a revision. So, with the current rules of the game, let's start right now. Let's create community and belonging, from all walks of life. Let's start now, with compassion for ourselves, and pride for still showing up. "Only the people can save the people (Sólo el pueblo salva el pueblo)"; it's up to us, in a proactive fashion. I'm done with everyone in that party and I will litterally scream at all of them to grow the fuck up and start telling the truth. This whole loyatly thing is bad, it happens in the workspace, both small biz and corporate and, like you mentioned, we need to have a DEEP conversation about what the hell is really playing out...which is greed and at many levels. My Dem friends say “there wasn’t time to pull a primary together” - but isn’t that because they were in denial about JB’s fitness to run and debate? They must have known long before the first debate what state their candidate was in and how quickly he was declining. In this Marianne is correct - they bypassed the process and it cost them the trust of the people and their best candidate. This elitism is what we have wanted to root out - the people want reform - getting corp money out of politics, repeal Citizens United and eliminate the electoral college - two big steps to bring the power back to the people. Give the candidates the same budget and the same air time to get their points across and let the people decide. Who is going to bring the reform we need? I think the people have been so frustrated by the elite bs on both sides for so long, they decided to blow the system up and let the chips fall. My theory is that DT is the personification of the contempt and outrage of the US public towards those who have been gerrymandering and addicted to their own power - silencing them for so long. Both parties have effectively imploded over the past decade. No one appreciates being coerced into registering to vote because a candidate is so unqualified - they want to be part of a system that actually has integrity! It’s not the fault of the people - sending a Trojan horse to the WH was their only real option.
She stood with and for the people and ran on the working people's agenda. There have been wonderful presidential candidates in modern history, but there is no denying that Marianne's candidacy was by far the most significant in many ways. Her profound love and compassion for the people were evident at every campaign event, and the people felt it. As a person of conscience, her integrity, ethics, morals, dedication to creating a just governing system, etc., make her a rare phenomenon in modern day politics. And what the establishment democrats did during her 2024 candidacy is beyond heart-breaking. I am still taken aback by it all. The few vendors who were afraid to work with her campaign; the progressive organizations whose policies align with hers, but wouldn't even have a zoom call with her; the many people who conspired with the democratic party to "put a lid on it;" the de-amplification of her campaign; the promulgation of lies; election engineering; campaign infiltration; media blackouts; Bernie appearing in NH to parrot her platform and telling people to vote for Biden, and so on. This is heart-breaking on an unspeakable level. Despite it all, she endured and emerged with grace. She is the voice of our better angels, collectively.❣❣

Marianne gets it. Integrity is the real source of power. In a political atmosphere where integrity is for sale to special interests, an appearance of integrity, even if it isn't real, wins. The only force which can beat that appearance is the real thing.
I have been saying for years that third parties are not even allowed on the stage most times and feel we have room for at least 5 good candiates instead of continually pitting one against the other forcing people to choose between tweedledee and tweedledom
Defeating two-party dominance requires equality in the power of the vote, conforming to _Wesberry_ vs. _Sanders_.

A third party run can happen with all the right ingredients. And we’ve been handed some of them. Both of the main parties are going right.
We’ve got 4 years to fundraise, but we need to name our candidate early. Starting small isn’t fast enough. It needs to be National, and Bernie is the only politician who could birth a new party. He won’t lead it, but he will mentor it.
I adore this woman. Not letting her into the democratic primary, and shutting all candidates out effectively suppressing democracy in the name of “saving democracy” resulted in 2 of the most hollow uninspiring candidates in history and their eventual loss to Trump.
I’m heart fully thankful that you are still speaking n moving with Love…. I quit watching some of these people who decided against you, I couldn’t give them attention…
Finally we are getting to hear from Marianne on the media! Too bad it is a bit too late for our country at this time.
MW will have to stop eventually repeating her complaints, of six years, and get onto truly showing she knows how to organize the "working people" she says she cares so much about. Fact is, she has not created that ground swell and created an educational and organizing structure for a movement to grow. It's basic political organization grassroots level 101. She still wants to get "big media" attention and complains endlessly she can't get it. Forget that. Work on the ground and build coalitions like any good leader of liberation does. I have written an intellectual biography on MW and I love her strengths but her weaknesses also need to be acknowledged. She won't talk to me about that, as I have tried several times contacting her and her team. She excludes as much as those she critiques. My book is called "The Marianne Williamson Presidential Phenomenon: A Cultural (R)Evolution in Dangerous Times."
Yes I remember Marianne was literally begging joe rogan to have her on and he completely ignored her just like legacy media did. I was surprised he refused he seemed more fair than that but fact it he wasn't
She does not have enough of a following to get on Rogan. He can't have everybody who wants to promote their views on his show, every guest he has is more well known than she is.

I voted for Jill Stein, but would have voted for Marianne had she stayed in the race. I was also devastated when Bernie was kicked out of the race, originally. Marianne Williamson is the President we need but do not deserve. She is so well-spoken, honest, and sees the big picture. She is a woman of compassion, empathy, and vision. However, Americans do not know their head from their toes and will continue to suffer by voting along their party lines.
And I`m glad Marianne brought up the error that Bernie Sanders made by backing Biden. Bernie Sanders eventually lost my support when he fell behind Hillary Clinton in 2016 when it was clear that the DNC was rigged.
Interesting interview and straight to the point. All of us should examine where are we, really? What does it mean to be actually represented and seen by politicians and parties? What's missing? If we can't find the answer to that, we need to mobilize now, not in 4 years. Things that will keep the system the same way forever: 1) DNC; 2) electoral college votes; 3) swing states; 4) we need to rebuild and rebrand the Democratic party, or it will cease to exist, without a responsible substitute that can cater to today's diverse population of the U.S. All of this is possible. I am living proof of it. Puerto Rico🇵🇷, for the first time, elected a candidate from a party that has only achieved an average of 3% of the voters, compared to now, 40%. This was because 2 parties sat down, put aside their egos, and had a plan of breaking the 2 parties that have always ran the country. There are a lot if irregularities and problems with the usual voter fraud, but despite that, PR is maturing. You have to give up your ego and work as a team to address fundamental and basic needs of the people. The status of the island is important, but there are so many urgent matters that need to be resolved first, so that PR can still be a Puerto Rico with Puerto Ricans. This is a process. I probably won't see the change I envision in my lifetime, but we are the beginning of a different way that is actually possible and achievable. Take note, America, and other countries. Just take a look at how many celebrities fully endorsed the Alianza even if it meant they would be black listed by the opposition. America has to be represented as it is today, not as some would pretend it is. And we all have to get there by still using the old rules of the game, old fashioned politics that need a revision. So, with the current rules of the game, let's start right now. Let's create community and belonging, from all walks of life. Let's start now, with compassion for ourselves, and pride for still showing up. "Only the people can save the people (Sólo el pueblo salva el pueblo)"; it's up to us, in a proactive fashion. We have to start from scratch, and rebuild from there on. I am grateful for @mariannewilliamson and her perspective. Let's become a giant think tank and gift our best for our present and future. It starts with no other than... you.
