Adept Legend of Ardra is my immediate buy. It is based on an episode of Star Trek "Devil's Due". My favorite episode of all. I'm EXTREAMLY ready for this.
I ordered from BBB when Strange and unusual released but I cannot recall how long I waited for the shipment because it was on preorder so my perception is slightly scewed. However I also have to see what I'll do about the monolith situation... I am so mad. And I had the same thoughts about "Poppen"... even though I haven't heard anyone say it in AGES! xD
I guess it's more a early 2000s word 😂 I might get the palette from BBB directly. I don't mind spending 40€ on shipping. DHL Express is very reliable and it arrives after 2 days once it was picked up.

Adept needs to slow down with new releases. This Ardra (which by the way may also refer to a former kingdom of Ardra in Africa or Hindu astronomy) is their fifth eyeshadow palette this year, if I remember them all. Their prices are so high that even the most loyal customers are suffering.
I saw the other meaning too, but since the owner is such a Star Trek Fan I just assume it is that again. But I agree - she is currently on a new-palette-every-other-month-pace. It is a bit too much. Ardra is actually their 4th palette. Flying Fiddles in February, Cyborg Choir in March and Amy Loves in May. 1 palette every 3 months is more than enough. I feel like she doesn't give her palette the time to shine sadly.
It’s their 4th release this year. Not 5th. I’m definitely getting this one. It’s the most beautiful palette I’ve ever seen and I hope it lives up to my own hype 😂
They have been searching for influencers to promote them in return for products, claiming they don't have enough money for paying them properly. And while this is disrespectful of the content creators' work in itself, they are very much able to pay insta to push their ads...
There will be a very in depth video about this on Friday where I explain everything. But basically what the others said: They are shady, trying to ripp of creators but spend money on meta ads. They make money with stolen content and are basically "better" drop shipping.

Those YSL blushes look awful, both the packaging and the colors. Why do the shades looks like they're from a special effects make up kit you'd find at a Halloween store?

The oustide of the Adept pallette looks stunning.....if it's as ethereal and Gaia on the inside it might be my first Adept palette!
