This strategy is pretty strong. Redscale Dragon doesn't stand a chance against weakness creation strats.

anything can work for the other 3
accessories for Strohl, Junah and Basilio are Utilitarian's Manual to make synthesis cost 1 turn
Gear for the MC is reverent crown
Basilio's duty is to add a 1 time weakness for strohl to use peerless stonecleaver
Junah's duty is to add and refresh Strohl's charge
Strohl's equips are basically:
Weapon: Beloved Greatsword(bigger synthesis damage)
Armor and Gear: gear that adds strength assumed elegy of the soul drop, a gear that gives +8 to every stat, and any of the armors that give +5 to every stat
Build:
Revenge Seeker
Arcane Unity
not sure about the other 2 but the Revenge Seeker + Arcane Unity is usually the build for maxing out synthesis damage

I used Utilitarian manual on strohl, +5 to all stats armor, beloved greatsword, berserk gauntlets. for skills, its Revenge seeker, Slash Boost, Arcane Unity, sense of kinship.

why they have 999 HP / PM ?

You can farm everyone to 999 HP and MP from the large teeth by stealing from them. It is not worth it at all though, and not relevant for this strategy.

How do you let then with 1 hp?

go and fighting some basic enemies, let them die by putting them in the front row and spam pugilist synthesis skills to lose HP faster.
