    So I have finally got down to recording my pregnancy journey. Here is a synopsis of the my very challenging and uncertain Trimester 1 - my symptoms, the scans I had, the supplements I took and some things that helped me.

    Maam its my 6 weeks of pregnancy and is see some drops of blood in bathroom and a very tiny brown blood clot is it normal or denge plz rply me fast

    Hi i have the same issue i have 6 weeks 5 days pregnancy .. i m facing the brown discharge from last 6 days can you tell what can i do ? I am in canada there is no such kind of injection. Please tell me is it normal or not

      Hi Preeti, it is best to take advise from Dr in such cases - whenever there is any bleeding or discharge during pregnancy .They might give to progestrone to support the pregnancy but i have heard Canadian healthcare system believes in less medical interventions in early pregnancy...

    I ve vaginal delivery,have had episiotomy

    Facing the same. On bed rest in 1st trimester. Had bleeding at 6 weeks. What home remedy to do for lower abdomen cramping & low back pain in this time ? For constipation as well..

      @@vishwapathak1716 - hi there, just hang in there & try to keep your mind occupied. For constipation you can have mosambi & soaked munakka (black raisins) daily.

      A lot of fiber for constipation (berries, oatmeal, etc) that’s helped me
