Very nice finish. The non perfect finish (i.e the bumps in the paint) make it look very much like glass enamel! Which is the holy grail of watch dials!
Lyme powder is put in a certain way to any surface, as far as I know. It gives an ability to play with designs in the dark, but unfortunately I am an amateur and I make unique watches for myself (although I have sold some of them) with very limited range of instruments and painting materials. The hands don't have any problem. They can be combined with 0,8 mm dial. So there is plenty of space. There can be an issue though with the watch case. You can keep edges thin (0,4 mm), to use a watch case that can accommodate watch dial of 0,8 mm thickness, or just to trim the edges after painting (but it is very time consuming and nerve breaking procedure). :-)
They’re really beautiful. You can check some later videos with assembled watches. Try to keep edges thin, or they won’t feet the case. Good luck, my friend
